This natural medicine for kids is always something I try to use before anything else and this is an awesome choice! Usually I have to kind of force my child to take something when she’s not feeling well but she liked the flavor that she didn’t even shake her head or push me away after the first time tasting it. I wasn't aware there would still be dangerous "acetaminophen" in it. I thought it was all purely organic and natural, and there is NOTHING natural about acetaminophen. There are other ways to treat fever and pain. I do like that there are organic blueberries, but citrus extract is not listed as organic. And like that it's gmo-free, of course.

They help a lot I had never bought them I was satisfied with the product I recommend them 100% they are very efficient and they help my children a lot and I am happy to have them any emergency they are super relief first you see that I have this product and my family was very happy and satisfied

The product was very nice, loved the flavors and the fact that there is no frills nonsense with Geneva medicine! In terms of results, my child had no problem at all with it and didn’t complain about taking medicine like she usually does. Great, love it! What more can a parent ask?

Once I became a mom I was suddenly trying to find clean and natural products for my daughter with no luck. I couldn't believe that one of the only products on the market was coated in flavoring and dyes for a child who's only ever had breastmilk. My kids said that it tastes great and it works (which is the best part!), but my favorite thing about it is that it’s dye free. My kids actually liked the flavor of Genexa's Kids' Pain & Fever medicine. And I love that it's got the same active ingredient (acetaminophen) as other pain relievers, but without all the nasty & unnecessary inactive ingredients like those other brands have. Plus, it's vegan! I have already shared my praise with friends & family, as this is our new go-to brand. Thanks!

I liked that this product didn't have any chemicals but just natura ingredients in it. However my child said it tasted disgusting which doesn't really mean anything because if it is not grape flavor he will hate it. It did seem to help with his runny nose and watery eyes
