I was really looking forward to trying out this fever and pain reliever. It contains 160 mg/5ml of acetaminophen. It is flavored with organic blueberries and contains no allergens or dyes. Not only that, but it is non GMO. The ingredient list is simple and contains no surprises. I couldn't be happier with this. My son really seemed to like the flavor and he was fast asleep and fever free within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family. Genexa Kids Pain & Fever seemed to help my Grandson more than my Granddaughter, over the Thanksgiving Day Holiday, when they visited for a few days. I believe it helped them both, but my Granddaughter's fever remained a lil higher, for longer, before she started to get relief from it. Worked great. I'm going be recommending this product to my family and friends and I will be buying again.I didn't even have any trouble getting my child to take medicine because of taste. She liked the taste for a change so no running around after her trying to get her to take it.

This is the only medicine I will buy when my kids have a fever from now on. With four kids it seems like everyone gets the cold at the same time and we go through a lot of medicine but I feel so much better knowing that this medicine only contains what they need and nothing else. It definitely worked for my little one when teething and trying to sleep. I do think with the agave it is sweet enough without additional flavors. Another product with a flavor option work if flavor is needed for some. I appreciate the organic and non gmo ingredients but am questionable when I see an ingredient that just says 'flavor'

The kids Pain & Fever reducer by Genexa worked well, but my child did not enjoy the taste of the medicine. My daughter is very, very picky about her medicine, but she refused to take this Genexa medicine at all. I smelled and tasted it, and it definitely did not taste good.
