  • Use Instructions: This product does not include adult usage directions. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and shake well before use. For accurate dosing, use the provided measuring cup. Administer the indicated dosage every four hours as long as symptoms persist, with no more than 5 doses in a 24-hour period. Preferably, dosage should be determined by weight, otherwise age can be used. The dosage guide is as follows: 72-95 lbs (11 years) - 15 mL, 60-71 lbs (9-10 years) - 12.5 mL, 48-59 lbs (6-8 years) - 10 mL, 36-47 lbs (4-5 years) - 7.5 mL, 24-35 lbs (2-3 years) - 5 mL. For individuals under 24 lbs (under 2 years), consult a healthcare professional.

Life Saver!

This is a great alternative for Tylenol. It tastes great, and it works very well. My toddler loves it. The colors sometimes vary because of the agave, but it doesn't change the way the medicine works.

My picky toddler has no problem taking this medicine and knowing it’s far more clean than the alternatives at the store almost makes it seem too good to be true.
