This is a great alternative for Tylenol. It tastes great, and it works very well. My toddler loves it. The colors sometimes vary because of the agave, but it doesn't change the way the medicine works.

I buy this frequently and definitely have recommended it to people. It works fast and love the ingredients.

I use this to help my daughter (9 months) during her teething bouts when the pain is high for her. Unlike Tylenol or Motrin it doesn’t mess up her stomach and constipate her for days. Without all the artificial sweeteners and dyes this is much gentler on her stomach! Love it.

I’m so thankful I found the Genexa product line! When it came time to give meds to my youngest- it was such a battle! He refused all medications and anything that we forced him to take , he would just spit out, there were lots of tears and frustration. I felt terrible then and I feel terrible now thinking back on those experiences. We tried Genexa once and will never go back!! This childrens pain reliever by Genexa is just the kind of product I can feel good about giving to my children. I doesn't have all of the artificial ingredients in it that the other brands do. My children don't complain about the flavor and it works well. I would highly recommend Genexa.

I received a bottle of Kid's Pain & Fever from Genexa in exchange for my honest review. It came in well packed and sealed. This medicine is good for kids ages 2 to 11. This has acetaminophen has no artificial fillers. I've got the organic Blueberry flavor. This oral suspension is indeed good for kids and works as it should.

awful. I bought it thinking it was just off brand acitominophen but cleaner. in reality, this thing was off colored with white chunks in it and it smelled awful. before giving it to my son, I dipped my finger into it to taste it and it tasted soo bitter. if I wasn't willing to take it, I couldn't give it to my son. I truly couldn't tell if the medicine was a bad batch (wasn't expired), or if this was normal. either way - nasty.
