I love the fact that this product has no artificial dyes or artificial colorings. It has the flavoring from real blueberries which is awesome because most products have that fake chemical flavor. The nephews seemed to like it. Definitely recommend! We love all natural products!

My 2 yr old loves this stuff. So glad I found it. Natural ingredients is always best and I’m very impressed with this item and the price. I love the fact it has a dispensing hole to use a medicine syringe. I also found this brand makes medicine for other ailments which I will definitely look into purchasing. As a parent, I love the idea of a clean version of kids pain and fever medication. As a parent of two kids, we never know when they will need this. And having a cleaner option - with less ingredients, no artificial colors or flavors, and no fillers - is always great. The cherry flavor is also particularly interesting. One of my kids was really excited about the flavor, he loves cherry. The other was not a huge fan, but he is not a huge fan of any medicine at all, so between having a cleaner version and a regular version, I would go with this one. It was better I thought cause my grandson had a fever and runny noise. So I tried the Genexa and about half an hour the fever was gone and my grandson was feeling better than he was that day. I will tell my family about it. Cause it is better than what I was using.

I have two children who are both teething very badly and the Kids Pain and Fever Medicine by Genexa helped both of them with the swelling and pain they were both experiencing. It has a great kids a proved flavor also so I will be using this product again in the near future.

I was asked to try Genexa kid's clean medicine. We chose the pain and fever reducer for my 8 year old. He fights me on taking medicine and it gets frustrating for the both of us. Before he took his dose, he smelled it and said it smelled like fresh fruit and yogurt. He took his dose with no problem! Within a couple of hours, he was feeling better and his 104 fever was a 101.

I like that there are no dyes or parabens! My kids loved the flavor and reported to me that it really helped them feel better! I can’t say enough about Genexa. Their marketing is 100% true to the product - no unnecessary ingredients. I think every parent can relate to worrying about what they’re putting in their little one’s body, and I truly wish I found this product sooner. No harsh ingredients, nothing yucky, no dyes. You can feel good while giving this to your kids. It actually works (I know some are iffy about "healthy medicines")- don't fret with this one. It's legit.
