My little one had a big fall and her lip got very swollen. It looked really painful. Ice was helping, but I had to give her something for the pain to allow her to rest that night - and I had just bought this medicine! She initially refused to take it, but once she did it looked like she did not dislike it. Then she slept through the night as if nothing had happened. I am very happy to have found clean medicine and that it works!

Before we know Genexa, we didn't realize what other ingredients inside kids' medicine which are unnecessary and unkind to our little baby body (which we try so hard to take a great care of and we will avoid these unkind ingredients for our kids in any circumstances. And yet they are in the medicine which is supposed to help them?). Any way, we love how clean and simple the ingredients are.

Its so nice to have any kind of clean otc medicine for kids. My son is not be on liquid meds but he took the Genexa without a problem he said it tasted better then what i was giving him before. If they could do a chew able tablet that would be great. Genexa was fast and effect. To me it better then some medicines will buy again when needed.

As they grow they sometimes have achy legs and this pain reliever has helped them to be able to sleep without the pain. It has also worked well for fever as well. Has a decent taste so that my kids will take it without spitting it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the smell. It was not off putting and didn't make it seem like was medicine. It has all natural ingredients as you can have for a medicinal agent. Since I have children of varying ages in my care I thought I would do a full spread of trials with it. It seemed to work quite well for the 3 and 5 year old, but my 17 year old needed something stronger. Outside of that I felt it was a good change to the normal who knows what's in this kind of medicine given to kids.

Our family love the Genexa range of products and now we use nothing else. The ingredients are pure and include no trash so you feel that you are actually doing your body good rather than polluting it. All of the Genexa kids products have a great taste, even for my son who is super fussy.

This was a great product to purchase. I really like the fact that besides the main ingredient, the rest of the ingredients were simple and easy to understand. We used it when my son was feeling a little extra pain and wanted to see how well he would react to it. I was impressed enough to look for the rest of the varieties!
