I used this medicine w/ my child when they were having an ear ache, possible ear infection. I gave it to my child around bed time and it lasted for him for about 6 hours before he needed another dose. He didn't gag at the flavor of the medicine, which he usually does to other brands of pain reliever. I would recommend this brand because it is is clean and trustworthy.

We tried Genexa Kid's Pain and Fever. This worked excellent. My son had a little fever His back molars were bothering him so we tried Genexa. I totally approve this medine. It's super clean and the flavor was good as well. Blueberry and not too sweet!!! I told all my mom friends and will definitely get this next time. I am curious to try the allergy! My son approved. He didn't mind the flavor.

This was my first time trying this product out with my 5 year old daughter when she recently became sick. For once it wasn't a fight to get her to drink it. She had no complaints. Symptoms went down after about an hour. She was up running around. No more purchasing medicine with dyes and non natural ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked wonderful. I trust its clean, safe ingredients. It worked very quickly and very well for my child. The flavor was good. So, I didn't have a problem getting my child to take a dose on several different occasions.

This is awesome! I love that on the side of the package it clearly says everything that is in this product. I feel great having something I can give to my child without a lot of confusing extra ingredients! This comes in a clear plastic bottle with a child resistant cap. It also includes a measuring cup that goes up to 20ml. It also has a heat shrink seal over the entire bottle and cup.This is a thicker liquid that tastes like a sweet sweet honey. The product was separated in the bottle with the more opaque liquid near the top of the bottle as shown in the pictures. A good shake mixed it back up. The bottle does explain that it can separate because they use clean ingredients.

I loved that this acetaminophen is clean and effective! I enjoyed the flavor versus the heavily sugared synthetic flavor brand. Wish it came with a syringe though, but the measuring cup works fine as well. I've found my new go-to for my daughter and recommending it to all my parent friends!

The medication itself works as expected but my daughter did not like the taste at all. She said it tasted like honey and grapes (which didn't sound bad to me but she apparently didn't care for). I'd probably not buy it again just because it is quite expensive as compared to other brands of similar medication.

So my oldest middle daughter was really sick this week so I thought let's try this product. And can I say I am sold. This is my forever brand. I for the first time felt comfortable giving my daughter natural medicine. And it worked in a tick! My kids fever and headache gone. Love love love
