[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of a child who has sensitivity issues with artificial dyes it is a relief to know there is a product that support and understands those issues and work effectively without the additives that my son will take and not struggle with the taste when he is sick.

I really like that this medicine is organic with clean and simple ingredients. Smells good and tastes like a blueberry. Worked really well on pain and fever was gone really quickly. We will buy it again when we need fever and pain medicine. I highly recommend this product.

I haven’t had the chance to use this product yet. I did taste it and it has a nice flavor that I think my son will like it. This is the type of product you hope u never have to use but if u do it’s good to have around the house. I like that everything in it is all natural.

Genexa’s Kids’ Pain & Fever Acetaminophen worked well for my granddaughter. She hadn’t been feeling well, so I tried this product for a couple of days and she was back playing and being her regular self. She took this medicine down and didn’t frown at the taste. It has a decent cherry flavor that my granddaughter didn’t complain about. I love that the ingredients are clean with no artificial dyes and sweeteners. I used to use store brand pain medicine, and didn't notice any difference using the Genexa one. So my experience is rather positive. I'm not sure I'll switch to this one since the price is a bit higher than the store brand, but I'd consider it at a lower price.

I finally found a pain and fever medicine for my grandchildren that works. My 8yr old granddaughter was feeling very under the weather. She said her head ached and she had a fever 101.
