We got the kids pain & fever! It for kids 2+ I love that this product is clean! It doesn’t contain dyes, common allergens or parabens. It’s is non- GMO and certified vegan! It provides temporarily relief for fever, pain & cold/flu symptoms. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cleaner medicine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the smell. It was not off putting and didn't make it seem like was medicine. It has all natural ingredients as you can have for a medicinal agent. Since I have children of varying ages in my care I thought I would do a full spread of trials with it. It seemed to work quite well for the 3 and 5 year old, but my 17 year old needed something stronger. Outside of that I felt it was a good change to the normal who knows what's in this kind of medicine given to kids.

Real medicine made clean. Geneva Kids' Pain & Fever medicine has no allergens, dyes or parabens which is extremely important to my family with several allergies & sensitivities such as celiacs disease. I love that it's flavored naturally with blueberries. Smelled great too!

The ingredients are fantastic, I am happy to have acetaminophen for my children without the dyes and sweeteners that we avoid in our food. The color is not vibrant like regular brands but the taste was acceptable to my children. It worked just as well as children's Tylenol. I wish there was an option for ibuprofen as well. I am happy there is a cold option; I have not used it but am willing to try it if the need arises.

My child had a low grade fever and I used Genexa kid’s pain & fever for it and it worked. I love how it’s all natural #trynatural and it works. Made my child feel better and me feel better knowing that it’s an all natural product. Will be using from now on.

My kids like the taste and it works well. Also fast acting. I’m just now seeing more and more of this brand in the stores and I’m happy to see that! It is a bit more expensive than the usual brands but it works so I’m willing to spend a little more.

I got the kids’ pain and fever medicine and am so glad I did. My daughter had a fever and was feeling yucky so she didn’t want to take the chewable Tylenol we usually. I told her I had a new kind to try and she was understandably apprehensive at first but after she tried it on her fingertip she gladly drank her dose. It made her fever go down in roughly 30 minutes.

This medicine came in handy for me for this weather. I gave some to my kid he wasn't feeling to well and gave him the medicine and worked really well for him... I like the fact there clean ingredients in this medicine. I would purchase and recommend for sure.
