My kids both came down with a fever and were feeling miserable. I wanted to let their fevers burn itself out, but they were feeling really bad. I gave them both some Genexa kids' pain and fever medicine. They enjoyed the taste, and within a couple hours their fevers were gone. I like the fact that it is free of dyes, and really like the fact that it works!

I love the Genexa brand for my nephew. Like most kids, he hates the taste of medicine. When he tried the kids' pain & fever, he actually liked the taste- it made him being sick so much easier. It works well and I feel good giving it to him since it is made with clean ingredients.

I like the fact that is was active ingredients and not the artificial ones. The product smelled good but apparently the taste wasn't as disguised as some other medicine. Kids don't like medicine to begin with so I was hoping the taste was better but I do like the fact that it is a clean medicine.

Genexa Kids' Pain & Fever Medicine is a high quality product. I appreciate that it's made with clean ingredients. My kids don't mind the taste and I like the natural ingredients. It has been effective for my older son when he has suffered from headaches and my younger son when he ran a fever.

I really like that this medicine is organic with clean and simple ingredients. Smells good and tastes like a blueberry. Worked really well on pain and fever was gone really quickly. We will buy it again when we need fever and pain medicine. I highly recommend this product.

Genexa pain relief is wonderful, seriously! My daughter recently had booster shots and she normally gets a little sore afterwards so I give her a childrens pain relief medication. I tried Genexa after her last set and it was great! It not only did the job but she enjoyed taking it and I enjoyed knowing exactly what I was giving her.

I picked this up on Thursday & my son ended up needing it on Saturday. He had a headache & I gave him some medication. About a half hour later, he told me his headache was gone. I was very impressed. He said it tasted better than the grape medicine we'd previously had.

Fortunately, we haven’t needed to use the pain & fever medicine yet but I needed to get something to have on hand at home. I chose Genexa because there are no dyes and use only natural sweeteners and flavors. While gluten-free and vegan are not necessary for us but a definite plus!
