[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the idea that it's all natural. I did give this to my son and he hated the flavor. I still made him take it because he needed it but I wish the flavor was much better for him. I would get again because I like this brand.

This product works quickly and it is effective to break my child’s fever and relieve pain. I like that it is made with organic ingredients and is natural. My son says that it tastes ok and doesn’t give me a hard time about taking it so that’s a plus in my book!#trynatural #gotitfree #socialnature

Our son thought it tasted spicy. I tasted it and didn’t think it tasted bad but I think he was used to traditional fever reducers that contain lots of artificial colors, flavors and sweetness. Thankfully we are fairly healthy so he won’t need to take medication often. It seemed to help him with growing pains when arnica gel isn’t available.

Thankfully we haven't had to use this product again but we were very happy to receive a free sample as we have tried the product before and it worked fantastic for my son when he had a mild flu last Spring. The taste is good, even for my fussy kid, and the effects are felt quickly.

I have tried many of the Genexa products and they are all amazing. My kids do not mind taking these products when they are sick. This product helps relieve pain quickly and also reduces fever. The products are natural and not something I am concerned to give my kids.

I used this medicine w/ my child when they were having an ear ache, possible ear infection. I gave it to my child around bed time and it lasted for him for about 6 hours before he needed another dose. He didn't gag at the flavor of the medicine, which he usually does to other brands of pain reliever. I would recommend this brand because it is is clean and trustworthy.

Although, I've only used this product once when my child fell and hurt her elbow. It seemed to do the job because she said her pain was gone. I think it is a great natural alternative versus the options available. I would recommend this product although it is on the pricey side.

I’m very pleased with this natural product. My 5 year old daughter has been sick for awhile and i felt bad giving her some other pain and fever medicine that had dyes etc. Genexa not only has natural ingredients, but also works and my daughter loves the flavor. Win win!

I was really excited to let my little one that suffers with headaches try this out. Well, immediately it got spit out as soon as it touched his mouth. He said it was so gross tasting and would not have anymore no matter what. So, with that being said, I do not think I would purchase this product. Could make a better flavor maybe?
