I really like how fast this medicine works. My little one had a mild fever and gave him some of this and in less than 45 min the fever was starting to go down! I always have a hard time getting him to swallow meds and he did not throw up after giving him this medicine so that's a BIG plus! Highly recommend!

We were able to try the Genexa Kids Pain & Fever Medicine. It's a big thing with medicines in our house for my kids. Some of it doesn't taste right. You want easy to swallow medicine for them. The flavors basically have to be on point. My son loved how it tasted and I liked all of the benefits.

I had troubles finding Genexa kids pain and fever. Not because it was difficult to find in the store, but because it was always out of stock. For me, when an item cannot be kept in stock, that says a lot about a product, the quality of it and it’s accuracy in doing what it’s intended to do. I finally was able to get ahold of the Genexa kids and pain meds, which worked perfect in regards to timing, as my two littles had started battling a cold a few days earlier. The well known brand name childrens medicine we were using until then always resulted in major pushback from my kiddos, who despised the flavors (yes, I tried more than one brand and flavor). Genexa worked fabulously! My two kids’ symptoms of achy bones and headaches went away; they didn’t mind the taste at all, meaning there was no struggle to get them to take it (win); and the ingredients are simple, understandable, as well as, the directions for dosage are clear (no need for Google). After my family’s experience with Genexa’s kid pain and fever reliever, I can completely understand why this product is always sold out at our local store! Definitely recommend and highly satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son tried this pain reliever when he wasn't feeling good. I've had him use this a few times when he had a fever and in pain from a cold. It seemed to work as he stated he felt better. The only problem was the taste. He despised the taste. Absolutely despised it. I thought he must be exaggerating, but I tried a little taste of it, and it was not a good flavor. Even the smell of it wasn't good. If the flavor could be a little better, this product would be rated higher.

I love that the ingredients are organic and simple.I appreciate that it’s gluten free.This is a thicker liquid that tastes like honey.I tried it on my son who had a slight fever from bad cold.The fever broke down within an hour and lasted 6 hours.After second dose he woke up fever free.He liked the flavor and it’s nice that it doesn’t have artificial flavoring or additives.Plus point is that it doesn’t spill or dripping that causes staining.

My daughter got a cold and I was alittle skeptical about how this medicine would work compared to the medicine I usually use for cold and fever. I was impressed. First, it tasted good and my daughter was receptive to it. Secondly, it helped mt daughter feel better. I would recommend this product to others.

When it comes down to giving my child medicine its even more important to me to have more natural easy working medicine. My daughter took it with no problem and it seemed to work in a good time. She said that the flavor was good and something easy she be able to take again with no problems. Ingredients is key and we don't want to put in all thr toxins in our body making more problems in the long end.

I really like this brand how there’s not a bunch of chemicals in it and my daughter seem to be OK with the taste some of the medicines out there are horrible and I can barely get them down her throat but this was a wonderful product and I will buy it again and recommended to friends
