I have been waiting to use this and finally had the opportunity. I woke up yesterday with a splitting headache. I quickly got excited, and ran to the bathroom and took some of this stuff. It worked like magic. I was healed within an hour after taking it! I was so excited. I may give some to my daughter if she has trouble sleeping tonight (she’s teething super bad).

I was so excited to try this Genexa Kids’ Pain & Fever Medicine with my kiddos! I love the fact that it is naturally flavored with REAL blueberries and doesn't include any unneeded dyes, allergens, or parabens. My kids liked the flavor and it seemed to work really well. I will definitely be switching my kids over to this and purchasing this again in the future!

It’s already cold and flu season in my household, and as a Genexa user, I was grateful for the chance to give this Kids Pain & Fever medicine to my children. They both loved the cherry flavor, and I love that there aren’t any artificial ingredients, just organic and natural flavors. With 160 mg of acetaminophen, it definitely helped reduce their fevers and help relieve other symptoms as well. This is a 4oz bottle of toddler pain reliever. My daughter loves blueberries and she took this medicine great! She is currently getting 4 teeth in and kept crying. It must have worked, because about 30 minutes later she wasn't acting like she was in pain anymore.

I really like Genexa products and use several of them daily. I was hoping the Kid’s Allergy medicine would have the same type of natural ingredients as the adult version, but the kid’s version has Diphenhydramine, the same ingredient as Benadryl. I guess that is necessary in case the child is having an life threatening allergic reaction . The Genexa Kid’s allergy medicine is still a better product than Benadryl because the rest of the ingredients are all clean. I wish Genexa had a Kid’s Allergy medicine without Diphenhydramine and maybe an Allergy Plus one with it for situations requiring it.

This has been a good choice of clean medicine for my kids O am always looking for products that has a good quality but not harsh ingredients and genexa has been my al ways go to when I am buying products for my family plus it has a fast acting formula and I know my kids are safe with their products

Genexa Kids’ Pain & Fever has help my child who had come down with a fever and he said that this product has helped his pain a great deal and the taste wasn't bad like some others he has had in the past and he even asked me if we ever needed more to make sure that I only buy him this for now on. I as a mom like the fact that this medicine is clean medicine that doesn't have a bunch of allergens or dyes in the product, makes me happier about giving it to my kids.

My three year old daughter has a cold with slight fever and runny nose! Just gave the Genexa kids pain and fever to her and it noticeably made her feel much better within 30 minutes and brought her fever down!!! She loves the taste as well so this products gets an A++++ from me!!

I love the fact that Genexa is a great medicine for your kids to take with out all the extra unhealthy stuff in it. My kids say it taste pretty good so I don’t have to chase them to take it because of not liking the taste.
