Works great. My 4 year old daughter loved the taste of it which is great because she hates to take her medicine when it's needed. So that is a huge bonus. It reduced her temperature quickly which is also great.

It was okay to use when your kid has a little bit of fever and doesn't feel too good because they're sick. It could be a little bit stronger than it is though. It helped more with the fever than with the pain part of it.

My kids loved the flavor of Genexa pain & fever medicine. My daughter had a lose tooth and we all know tooth pain ,is the worst. I gave her the recommended dose and she was back to her normal self. What a great product!!

We have allergies to some of the artificial colors used in medicine. Genexa pain and fever works great, my daughter likes the taste flavored with organic blueberries! No dye, parabens or allergens. I would suggest this product to others. #trynatural

This is such a good product. It is a great pain and fever reducer and actually works pretty fast. I was skeptical at using it first but I'm glad I did.
