[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t have a need to use this other than 1 time. It did the job but do not think it is worth paying extra for. I will probably keep buying the cheaper generic brand.

I was kind of apprehensive about trying this product as I never heard of the brand. My little one had a fever and was teething. Within 15 minutes of giving her this medication she was feeling so much better.

the Genexa kids pain & fever works really well! My kid take about 3 days and feels better after take the medicine! thanks for the samples and i recommend!

This product work very well. It's sick season so this product was just what I needed in my household. My children was sick and I used this product. It did work for my family so I give it 5 stars . A must have.

This is a wonderful product. My daughter just got braces on and she used Genexa as suggested also topical on her gums. This product was very affective. Thanks for the chance to try and sharing this product

An amazing product with no artificial dyes which I love. My kids loved the flavor. It worked great as a pain reliever. Both my kids and I preferred this over the name brand.

Didn't smell strong. My child didn't make that distorted face of disgust when taking it, which it a plus. We only had to use it twice. So all in all its a great product.
