[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always keep children's tylenol or motrin on hand in my house. I was so happy to get the opportunity to try a brand that was clean and had no dyes or parabens.

Kids with fevers are so rough. Fevers cause your cheerful child to be miserable. But shortly after you give...your precious kid will start feeling better.

My kiddo got sick and we tried this medication. Neither one of us noticed a difference in his symptoms. Maybe it works for younger children? Mine that I teied it on was 10. Idk.

My daughter tired the genexa kids pain & fever medicine. She did not care for it very much unfortunately. The recommended dosage seemed to have very little effect.

Used this with my four year old, he was not really a fan of the taste, however it seemed to work the same as our regular brand to bring his fever down. And I liked that it didn't have a lot of sugar or dyes.

I used this for my daughter who recently has a tiny fever. She said its tastes yummy. I'm glad I got the chance to try this because I have never heard of it before. Definitely going to be purchasing this in the future.

I gave this to my 10 year old son. He experiences headaches sometimes due to remote learning and staring at a computer screen. It was gentle, gave him fast relief, and didn't make him drowsy like some other children's pain relievers we have tried.

I love that this product is real medicine. As a parent we want the cleanest products for our young children. This product worked fast and effectively. My son seemed to enjoy the flavor as well. I will purchase this product again.

Effective pain treatment. My five year old gets occasional headaches, and this medication did the trick. I like that it is more natural than other products on the market. Safe and effective
