I cannot say enough. I have raved to everyone I know about how great my Ninja DualBrew is. I have saved so much money on Cappuccino's. I just love my weekends sitting w my Cappuccino and a good book. Cannot say enough about it. For work the carafe is great to fill my travel mug and go. I have everything I need in one.

I don't really drink coffee, I bought this as a gift to my parents. They've been using a keurig for years and just got sick of it not making full cups anymore even after descaling. They love this ninja brew system. The ability to schedule a pot to brew in the morning is something that they missed being able to do. They use the kcup attachment on the weekends. I've used it for iced coffee a few times. None of us have had any issues or complaints so far. We are really enjoying it. And love the frother feature! I hope it lasts a long time without issues.

Have one already, bought this one as a gift after we returned the one we bought from Amazon. That one looked like they used the box for bowling lessons. We returned, went to Sam's and found it about $30 cheaper. We bought one over a year ago and it stopped pumping water from the reservoir. We called the Ninja and after a quick troubleshooting session on the phone, they shipped us a new one. Like very much the quantity of coffee it makes- hot and iced coffee. Ours doesn't have the heated plate for the larger pot, looks like the newer ones do. Be sure to register the warranty in case you have problems- the company is easy to work with.

The reusable filter is great! I love that it shows the number of ounces for each brew setting, versus how many "cups", since my coffee mugs are all oversized. Easy to program, user-friendly instructions, easy to clean, and easy to use. Makes a great cup of coffee.

I had the Ninja Dual Brew Pro when it first came out. I loved all the features and it made great coffee. A couple years in the machine didnt recognize the k-cup attachment. Watched videos and did everything suggested and nothing worked. The next step was to buy the k-cup attachment for $50 😑. But would that fix the problem? Walking through Sam's we saw this machine on sale so bought it. I do like that the water reservoir is bigger than the Pro. Prefer the thermal carafe, touch screen & hot water knob the Pro has. Little things i can get over. Now hopefully the problem I had with the Pro will not happen with this machine

only used for short time but very pleased with this machine. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space, brews a great cup of coffee using the single serve. I have not used the carafe but like the option. I am also pleased with the foaming wand, easy to have a cappuccino. Now hope it last time will tell.

It makes excellent coffee with all the great options, and it doesn't take a lot of counter top space. I'm able to use the milk frother even without making any coffee. The only thing I'd change is the temperature of the coffee. I wish it'd be a little bit hotter. But overall I'm happy with it. I replaced my broken espresso machine with this Ninja coffee maker and I don't regret it.

The Ninja dual-brew coffee machine is excellent, simple to work simple to interchange from brewing a pot or going to the pods just simple completely, and even if you unplug it the settings stay from the previous settings you had on before with your pod or your brewing a pot, it's got a memory. As for me I couldn't ask for anything better, Worth getting.

We love our Ninja! My husband is away hunting a lot and I like that I don't have to make a pot of coffee and just do my pods. Love the iced coffee feature too! Took some time to figure it all out and we learned the brown filters work best and grinds don't overflow.

We purchased this coffee maker because ours was going bad and a relative has the same one. We loved using hers. So we thought this was the right move. It brews coffee pretty quick. And you can even brew an xl cup by just adding the coffee. It also does the pods but there's a trick to it having to remove the inner part of the drip portion to slip in the pod maker. This would be my only down side. But in the long run I can use the brew basket to make a cup too. So it's all good.
