So far, great! I have only had this for about a month but I have several Ninja kitchen gadgets and they're all amazing! This coffee maker is easy to use and I love that it has a delay brew so I can set it for early morning and it's ready when I get up.

I absolutely love my ninja coffee system! I purchased 1 a few years ago and still use it at 2nd home. This new one exceeds my expectations by being able to make specialty coffees, hot water , regular cups or mugs, carafes and frothing. I bought this for myself as a Christmas present to me. Thank you ninja

I have had many coffeemakers… different brands and features… but this is at the top of list of favorites. I love that I only need 1 machine to do the work of 2-3-4? I can get HOT water or a single cup of coffee, also a pot of brewed coffee or a specialty drink. There are so many features it's awesome! I have had it about a month and so far it is great!

I absolutely luv this maker! It produces no steam which is great for my cabinets. It does not get hot to the touch. It makes coffee so much faster and it tastes better than it did in a Keurig. And the frother is my new favorite toy. Highly recommend this maker. The tank holds half a gallon of water and is super easy to hold on to and remove.

We are enjoying the ease of this coffee maker. I've had expensive makers in the past that are so messy and loud. The separate water container is amazing, and the coffee pot pours beautifully. My only complaint would be the little beeps when setting it and when brewing is complete ... it's not super loud though, my dog is just sensitive to the sound. Overall, in love with this system!

I bought this not too long ago. I love the different features and the options. The frother is new for me and never used one before. Now it's a must all the time. The only complaint I have is the first week of having it, the color on the words 'Ninja' is already rubbing off. My coffee pot now says 'Nin'

This coffee machine is nice and thin fits most anywhere. I am used to Keurig machines so this was a new buy for me. I am shocked how different the coffee tastes coming out of this it's very good. I only have one problem. There are so many choices for making a pot of coffee it's hit or miss on how much I need. So after 2 weeks with this thing I'll give it 4 star. It's nice and easy to use but in America I have so many different cups I don't know what a 8oz to 12oz looks like really. I did over flow on of my first cups but was able to use the switch to stop the flow and switch out a new cup quickly.

Very pleased with my purchase of this coffee maker. It's easy to use and makes a great tasting pot of coffee. Used another name brand for ever and regret not trying a new coffee maker sooner. The only, very minor issue, is that I wish the carafe spout was a bit more pointed - the pour is very wide.

This coffee maker is just what we have been looking for: pot size options, single cup brew and a frother. We made the same coffee grinds in another machine and this machine tastes better! We've had it for about a week amd we are very happy with this purchase.

Brought it home, unpacked it and cleaned it up, read the manual on how to use it, then gave it a try…. It would not pour the correct size we picked, it kept shutting off, water would leak out from underneath the machine, and after you would turn it off, it would still drip out from the cup location. I'm done with all Ninja products.
