Great coffee maker that always brews a perfect pot of coffee. Take up less space and using the same tank for both K-Cup or a Standard Pot is a time saver. Coffee is hot all the time and stays that way for hours to get through your morning. You can adjust the time on the warming plate to leave it on as long as you need. We have our set to 3 hours giving us fresh hot coffee every morning from 6:30am until 9:00pm if the pot last that long.

Best coffeemaker ever! Brew coffee in a pot or individual cup in various ounce amounts. Make your own lattes and cappuccinos with frothed. One downfall, and hopefully an isolated case: the keypad went bad but we bought the identical model after getting a refund for our first ninja dual brewer. That's how much we love this coffeemaker.

I bought it a month ago and I have been enjoying my coffee more than ever. The quality of the final product is incredible. Its an amazing Coffee Brewer and more if you really enjoy good coffee. If you are a normal coffee person you can really feel the difference on how coffee really taste

First thoughts after opening the box was that it felt too light to be a quality product. Using it for three weeks changed that opinion. Yup, it's still light... but does everything it is touted to do flawlessly. We tried a timed carafe and the coffe was rich and flavorful. Use the Aieve reusable k- cup daily and the coffee tastes much better than with our old Keurig machine. I also use the 4 oz specialty mode every afternoon and froth the milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to make a cappuccino. My wife uses the water mode several times a day. Every thing works great... and is intuitive. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great. BTW, we always use the "Rich" setting when using the pods (except for the "Special" setting).

Love it! A few weeks in. Morning Coffee and oatmeal, evening tea. The separate water dispenser is a magnificent innovation. I cannot use my microwave and toaster oven together. But I grilled steak, microwaved a veggie steamer, and used the boiled water feature to place the EXACT measured amount of water into my instant mashed potatoes, they were perfect. I cannot wait for my next review.

I am raving about my Ninja DualBrew Pro! I've had it for a few weeks. Things I've noted are: coffee brews MUCH richer. I used 3 scoops in my old machine, for a pot. Now I use 1.5. And yes, I like a dark rich coffee. Next, I enjoy the option to use a pod. When it's just me. But again, it is Rich! So I use a big cup and double use the pod. I still get a dark rich cup of coffee! At night I like a steeped tea to relax to. No more kettle! I use the boiling water option to fill my tea pot. So quick and easy. I haven't made any fancy drinks yet, but I am enjoying what I am using. I feel spoiled!

We went on a trip to family and they had one of these coffeemakers. The foamer on the side is really the best and a lot of fun. at first we just used regular flavored coffee creamer, then I tried it with Unsweetened almond milk and it was just as good. Less calories. Also added a few drops of sugar free vanilla. Still it creamed up real nice. I love I can choose the amount of coffee to make. The only and I mean the only thing (reason for 4 star) the change over to pods is a pain. So I've pretty much just gone to using the coffee maker to make an xl cup and that's a lot easier. You have to remove the coffee basket and add this other coffee basket it's bulky I didn't care for it. But the pot itself is perfect! I would have given 4.5 stars if they had that option. Still we love it!

The Dual Brew Pro has a lot of good features except for the K-Cup adapter, it feels like it's going to break each time when closing the lid to puncture the K Cup. But the hot water and boiling water feature is great.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. My previous coffee maker was a Ninja so I was excited to upgrade to this Ninja DualBrew when it broke. But for someone who loves to grind beans and brew fresh pots of coffee, this DualBrew has been nothing but a headache due to excessive amount of coffee grounds in a half or full pot. I've called Ninja and had a part sent to me they said would fix it, but it didn't. They actually asked me if I measured the coffee grounds correctly. Fun thing is, I hadn't used as many grounds as the Ninja directions even tell you to use. I am looking for a new coffee maker and this headache is getting boxed up and returned to the store.

I bought this coffeemaker on 2/23/24. It worked extremely well until the beginning of this year (2025), when the pod adaptor began to malfunction. The coffee was not always hot, and the actual amount of the output did NOT correspond with the requested amount. It was, in fact, a little more than HALF. The grounds part of the coffeemaker seemed to be working fine, and then the CLN error code came on. Then nothing worked. After watching hours of Ninja DualBrew PRO videos and following the instructions - I cleaned the coffeemaker successfully. I thought so, anyway. UNTIL I attempted to make a cup of coffee with the pod adaptor. SAME ISSUES. I have cleaned it total of NINE TIMES. SAME problems!!! Also, when I attempted to register this product, the form REJECTED the Model Number and said it was NOT a valid #! Really? It is the number on the side of the coffeemaker that says MODEL. It is right above the Serial Number. I am out of time and patience. I will NOT clean this machine a TENTH time. If Ninja responds to this - DO NOT POST a form response!!!! This was an expensive machine, and I expected better than THIS. It is less than a year old and unusable.
