However, because of the 3 holes being punched into the top of the pod we are getting grounds in our cup. Need to redesign the pod portion. Still makes a great pot of coffee.

If there is one appliance you depend on before 7 and this is it. I love it. You can use K cup or ground coffee. And it has a frother on it to make specialty drinks at home. It is perfect.

Purchased recently and I'm so glad I did. I was looking at a ninja coffee maker last year but because it didn't take pods I held out. I'm glad I waited! I'm really enjoying playing around with it. The kids even enjoy hot cocoa with it.

I got my first one and every time I used a pod in it, I had grounds in my cup. I sent it back. The second one I received had an issue with the frothed. I gave up.

Love this coffee machine, It's easy to use once you read and re-read the instructions! We enjoy the fact you can use less grinds to get a good cup of coffee by simply switching to deep brew setting. Saving me money!

I love my Ninja brands. I wanted a coffee maker that can do a pot and pods and also different sizes either way. This is it. It has more than I expected. I can set different cup to pot sizes using the filter and coffee or I can go from small to travel size with the pods. My favorite feature is the water. If I just want water I turn a dial and the water comes from a whole different outlet so you don't get a coffee flavor. You can do hot or boiling water. Amazing!! I have had it for months and am very happy with it.

I absolutely luv this maker! It produces no steam which is great for my cabinets. It does not get hot to the touch. It makes coffee so much faster and it tastes better than it did in a Keurig. And the frother is my new favorite toy. Highly recommend this maker. The tank holds half a gallon of water and is super easy to hold on to and remove.

We love this Dual Brew Coffee System which is flexible to use the pods or ground coffee. We moved away from the pods and starting brewing our favorite gourmet flavored coffee and premium blends and the flavor is amazing. You can really can taste the difference with the Ninja extraction process. You can froth milk with this system provides a thicker, creamier foam when frothed, giving more body to your coffee drink.

Ninja is my brand of choice for small appliances & this is probably the third or fourth coffee system I've had from them. BEST ONE YET! I love the versatility of this system - multiple sizes for a brew, cold/specialty brew, a built in frothier (I use it more than I thought I would!)…the pod adaptor & separate hot water line are perfection. I get a nice hot cuppa coffee whenever I want & it's easy to clean/maintain. Much smaller footprint than my previous models! The digital display is so easy to use. Probably the sexiest coffee system I've ever seen! Highly recommend.
