We have been using this for a couple weeks now and so far really like it! Every feature so far makes great coffee. A few things I have noticed is for the price it would be nice if it came with the reusable coffee filter like the other models and also when I wash the glass carafe in the dishwasher upside down water actually gets in around the black rim around the top so when you flip it over it goes all over your clean coffee pot..this is actually really annoying and I wish they sealed that better. Other then those 2 things the coffee is good so far!

With this coffee maker you will never have coffee spilling everywhere when you pour it. It only goes in the cup where it is supposed to go. It also delivers superior coffee flavor with multiple options including one water tank. You can shut the basket after brewing so there is no dripping. I could go on and on!

I bought the new Ninja Pro Dual Coffee maker a couple of weeks ago and I cannot consume enough coffee. It's a whole new coffee taste and experience!! I am an avid Ninja product believer. I'm running out of kitchen space!! Must have Creami next! Maybe Santa will do that!! Thanks so much for bringing my coffee experience to the next level Ninja!!

This brewer is easy to use. It works well with grounds and pods. The measuring scoop stored with it makes using grounds easy. Only drawback is it would be easier to just keep the rank full of water instead of adding to the fill lines depending on how much you want to make.

I bought the Ninja DualBrew to replace my 10 year old Kuerig. Boy I am glad I did. This coffee maker makes delicious coffee and I have the option of K-cups, self filled K-cups or a whole pot of coffee. The maker allows me to adjust the brew strength and amout up to 12 ounces for cups and 65 ounce pot. The 70 ounce reservoir is also a joy as I can get quite a bit of coffee made without having to refill the reservoir. Buy this, its a great coffee maker.

This is the second of this model I've ordered. I am very satisfied with the product. One for my home and one for my office.

Sometimes when using the pods I get a cupful of coffee grinds, also the frother does not heat the milk

Best coffee maker to date. Set up a timer for a whole carafe in the morning, or pop in the pod holder for single cups later on!
