Multitasking generally make me nervous ecause they never seem to perform as well. This machine is the exception that proves the rule. It does everything remarkably well. I can't tell you how much I love this machine and how well it does everything it does, and it seemingly does everything.

I've been a long time Ninja customer. I recently decided to replace my Hot & Cold Brew with this. I'd been on the fence for awhile because I loved my current coffee maker so much and after 4 years, was still working perfectly fine. What pushed me over was the option for K-cups. My in-laws visit frequently and are decaf drinkers. We would buy ground decaf and then half the bag would have to be thrown out. With the K-cups option, it makes getting them coffee much more convenient. Another great feature, since I'm a tea drinker, is the separate hot water dispenser, which serves up hot water super fast. Faster than a water kettle or microwave ever could and definitely faster than my Hot & Cold did. The options for beverages and ways to make them are really endless. The only thing missing for me is a warm frothing option.

I purchased this because my Keurig my was getting old. For years, I have drank great coffee from either Colombia or Costa Rica and utilized reusable Keurig pods and fill them with my coffee. The DualBrew Pro advertises the fact that you can use their Keurig adapter, unfortunately, you can only use the Keurig pods purchased at a store because there design will not allow the use of the reusable pods. I didn't send it back because I am hopeful that the folks at Ninja will come up with a design for reusable pods that will work in their machine.

Better than the keurig duo I had before for sure, only thing I didn't like is that a regular reusable filter did not fit and I had to modify it .... otherwise this thing is absolutely amazing .... very easy programmability, very very fast brewing compared to the other as well .. Keep up the amazing work ninja !!!

I got this to replace my Keurig that also had the frothing cup but took up so much space. This machine is so much better and I love that I have the option of making a pot of coffee rather than use multiple K cups if I happen to have company. I have several other ninja products and I was so happy when this coffee maker was available!

We love this Dual Brew Coffee System which is flexible to use the pods or ground coffee. We moved away from the pods and starting brewing our favorite gourmet flavored coffee and premium blends and the flavor is amazing. You can really can taste the difference with the Ninja extraction process. You can froth milk with this system provides a thicker, creamier foam when frothed, giving more body to your coffee drink.

I bought and returned a competitor's coffee maker that had similar features such as the capability to brew and use K Cups because the coffee was mediocre at best. The Ninja DualBrew had additional features that are great to have. 1: the ability to just make hot water for tea or cocoa. 2. the ability to set a timer to make the coffee at a set time every morning. It's easy to use, easy to clean and I couldn't be happier that I bought this one.

I don't really drink coffee, I bought this as a gift to my parents. They've been using a keurig for years and just got sick of it not making full cups anymore even after descaling. They love this ninja brew system. The ability to schedule a pot to brew in the morning is something that they missed being able to do. They use the kcup attachment on the weekends. I've used it for iced coffee a few times. None of us have had any issues or complaints so far. We are really enjoying it. And love the frother feature! I hope it lasts a long time without issues.

I have always bought Cuisinart products until now! I bought the Ninja Coffee Maker and it's a game changer!!! It's easy to use, it doesn't leak water, the coffee tastes amazing, and if I just want hot water it has a hot water spout!!! Don't hesitate to buy!!!

This coffee maker is simply too complicated for the pot of coffee it makes. It is over-engineered in every way possible. I love the ninja brand and expected this coffee maker to be as impressive as their other products but it misses the mark. It makes a simple pot of coffee but with 62 additional unnecessary steps (slight exaggeration). Also, The insert for k-cups is huge and clunky, taking up space when not in use.
