I use it everyday not just for coffee but to make soups & whatever. Love everything about it & was surely worth waiting for. It is my new go to in the kitchen. Just today I used the boiling water tool to put water in a cup then pour it out & turned cup upside down onto my butter which was frozen. It worked like charm & I didn't miss a beat preparing my recipe.

I don't really drink coffee, I bought this as a gift to my parents. They've been using a keurig for years and just got sick of it not making full cups anymore even after descaling. They love this ninja brew system. The ability to schedule a pot to brew in the morning is something that they missed being able to do. They use the kcup attachment on the weekends. I've used it for iced coffee a few times. None of us have had any issues or complaints so far. We are really enjoying it. And love the frother feature! I hope it lasts a long time without issues.

After only a few weeks use when using K-cups, coffee grinds are being left in the bottom of the coffee cup. I've tried different brands of K-cups and the problem persists. The nozzles were checked and cleaned but that did not solve the problem. It does not happen for each cup but when it does the coffee has to be discarded.

Our house is very diverse in their coffee drinking. Iced, lattes, kcup, dripped into mud-like appearance, foamy, not foamy, you name it we drink it. I was leery at first when I ordered. How can one machine do it all and do it well. This machine is perfect! The profile is great, slim and counter space saving. The features work just as advertised. The only possible way to improve would be for it to heat milk while frothing. Well done Ninja

I love my Ninja brands. I wanted a coffee maker that can do a pot and pods and also different sizes either way. This is it. It has more than I expected. I can set different cup to pot sizes using the filter and coffee or I can go from small to travel size with the pods. My favorite feature is the water. If I just want water I turn a dial and the water comes from a whole different outlet so you don't get a coffee flavor. You can do hot or boiling water. Amazing!! I have had it for months and am very happy with it.

Very pleased with my purchase of this coffee maker. It's easy to use and makes a great tasting pot of coffee. Used another name brand for ever and regret not trying a new coffee maker sooner. The only, very minor issue, is that I wish the carafe spout was a bit more pointed - the pour is very wide.

I have had the coffee maker for a month or so now and I am very pleased so far. I love that you can make different size of coffee and the option of using a k-cup which is convenient when I only want a cup. I like being able to make specialty coffees without needing a huge coffee machine. I haven't tried frothing milk yet.

We've had this model for a few weeks now and works as advertised. We originally had the very first model of coffee maker ninja produced and loved it until it started to get over calcified due to our hard water. We really didn't need the pod option, but it's nice to have for some specialty coffee that you cannot find in a bag option. After shopping around, ninja still has the best value for this style of coffee maker.

This coffee maker is simply too complicated for the pot of coffee it makes. It is over-engineered in every way possible. I love the ninja brand and expected this coffee maker to be as impressive as their other products but it misses the mark. It makes a simple pot of coffee but with 62 additional unnecessary steps (slight exaggeration). Also, The insert for k-cups is huge and clunky, taking up space when not in use.

Love the multiple settings and sizes. It's super quick. I like being able to set the delay so I can have coffee ready and waiting in the morning. The built in frother is nice. All in all great replacement for my Keurig that died after 13 years. It's sleek looking which helps too.
