Duo is great

We love our Ninja! My husband is away hunting a lot and I like that I don't have to make a pot of coffee and just do my pods. Love the iced coffee feature too! Took some time to figure it all out and we learned the brown filters work best and grinds don't overflow.

Makes great coffee.

Have one already, bought this one as a gift after we returned the one we bought from Amazon. That one looked like they used the box for bowling lessons. We returned, went to Sam's and found it about $30 cheaper. We bought one over a year ago and it stopped pumping water from the reservoir. We called the Ninja and after a quick troubleshooting session on the phone, they shipped us a new one. Like very much the quantity of coffee it makes- hot and iced coffee. Ours doesn't have the heated plate for the larger pot, looks like the newer ones do. Be sure to register the warranty in case you have problems- the company is easy to work with.

Nice coffee maker!

We purchased this coffee maker because ours was going bad and a relative has the same one. We loved using hers. So we thought this was the right move. It brews coffee pretty quick. And you can even brew an xl cup by just adding the coffee. It also does the pods but there's a trick to it having to remove the inner part of the drip portion to slip in the pod maker. This would be my only down side. But in the long run I can use the brew basket to make a cup too. So it's all good.

Leaks a lot.

Brought it home, unpacked it and cleaned it up, read the manual on how to use it, then gave it a try…. It would not pour the correct size we picked, it kept shutting off, water would leak out from underneath the machine, and after you would turn it off, it would still drip out from the cup location. I'm done with all Ninja products.

Sleek, speed, and options=winner

Love the multiple settings and sizes. It's super quick. I like being able to set the delay so I can have coffee ready and waiting in the morning. The built in frother is nice. All in all great replacement for my Keurig that died after 13 years. It's sleek looking which helps too.

Ninja DualBrew Coffee Maker

this coffee pot makes great coffee. the only thing i wish I wish Ninja had stayed with is the regular cup measurement on the pot or electronically. i was so use to measuring my coffee scoops out to how many cups i was making it took me a bit to find a correct amount for the way this pot is set up. i also wish it 2 different settings for ice the coffee. i was really excited about this feature but i dont think it makes the coffee strong enough, like on the hot "rich" setting. Ive only used it 1 time, so i will continue playing around with amounts of coffee and so forth. The K cup works well, but once again, it brews by the oz and thats a little more difficult for me to fig out since it doesnt seem accurate. these are just personal things others may have absolutely no issue with I have found a couple good settings and have found just the right amount coffee for these. So its trial and error, but this coffee maker brews the coffee piping hot and it really is very good. Gotta take the good with inconveniences. I would not call those bad, just different.

Smartest purchase I've made

I absolutely luv this maker! It produces no steam which is great for my cabinets. It does not get hot to the touch. It makes coffee so much faster and it tastes better than it did in a Keurig. And the frother is my new favorite toy. Highly recommend this maker. The tank holds half a gallon of water and is super easy to hold on to and remove.

A really nice machine so far.

So far, great! I have only had this for about a month but I have several Ninja kitchen gadgets and they're all amazing! This coffee maker is easy to use and I love that it has a delay brew so I can set it for early morning and it's ready when I get up.

Too much trouble for the price

This coffee maker is simply too complicated for the pot of coffee it makes. It is over-engineered in every way possible. I love the ninja brand and expected this coffee maker to be as impressive as their other products but it misses the mark. It makes a simple pot of coffee but with 62 additional unnecessary steps (slight exaggeration). Also, The insert for k-cups is huge and clunky, taking up space when not in use.

Perfect Coffee and Hot Water

We replaced another Ninja coffee maker with this one. We love it. It's easy to use and I really appreciate that I can make hot water (either just hot or boiling) and bypass the coffee parts. Now my water just tastes like water so I can brew tea perfectly.
