Love this machine! Not bulky, very easy display, love the large reservoir. Make my grind 12 oz mug in rich mode to a pot and taste wonderful. Love the frother feature use it all the time makes my coffee very rich. My niece came by and was so happy with the taste of the coffee she went out and purchase one for herself.

We've had this model for a few weeks now and works as advertised. We originally had the very first model of coffee maker ninja produced and loved it until it started to get over calcified due to our hard water. We really didn't need the pod option, but it's nice to have for some specialty coffee that you cannot find in a bag option. After shopping around, ninja still has the best value for this style of coffee maker.

We are a family of coffee drinkers - one likes dark roast and uses KCups, one like light roast and prefers to use a refillable cup (not available- I had to buy reusable filters instead) & one likes iced coffee. So we decided, after too many of a certain other brand (K) to try the Ninja. We have had a ninja blender for nearly 10 years and it's awesome. This machine makes a great, clean tasting cup! I only have a few cons: 1) no auto turn out to just allow it to be hot when you are ready. It will make you a cup at a certain time but I'd prefer it just be ready for me to make myself a cup. However, it does start up quickly so this isn't a big deal really. 2) no refillable pod is available so I had to order a reusable filter instead 3) I would like to use the carafe for just two cups (maybe 18-20oz) but you have to do some magic to make the warming plate come on if you do less than 28oz. It must think if you want less than 28oz, you will not be using the plate? This doesn't make sense to me. I did finally figure out how to turn it on but even now I can't tell you the steps this took. I just want to press a button please. Overall, it's a nice machine, it's quiet, makes a piping hot cup in minutes from turning it on. A few little tweaks would make this the perfect machine!

Love the multiple settings and sizes. It's super quick. I like being able to set the delay so I can have coffee ready and waiting in the morning. The built in frother is nice. All in all great replacement for my Keurig that died after 13 years. It's sleek looking which helps too.

I had the Ninja Dual Brew Pro when it first came out. I loved all the features and it made great coffee. A couple years in the machine didnt recognize the k-cup attachment. Watched videos and did everything suggested and nothing worked. The next step was to buy the k-cup attachment for $50 😑. But would that fix the problem? Walking through Sam's we saw this machine on sale so bought it. I do like that the water reservoir is bigger than the Pro. Prefer the thermal carafe, touch screen & hot water knob the Pro has. Little things i can get over. Now hopefully the problem I had with the Pro will not happen with this machine

We replaced another Ninja coffee maker with this one. We love it. It's easy to use and I really appreciate that I can make hot water (either just hot or boiling) and bypass the coffee parts. Now my water just tastes like water so I can brew tea perfectly.

I have had Shark coffee (and other) products for years now. I ALWAYS go back to them when I need a new one for a gift, a new location, or whatever. There has only been one that I didn't love and it just wasn't appropriate in the environment so I chose poorly. But I love their versatility, how well they work, and how I can always add additional functionality as needed.

Our house is very diverse in their coffee drinking. Iced, lattes, kcup, dripped into mud-like appearance, foamy, not foamy, you name it we drink it. I was leery at first when I ordered. How can one machine do it all and do it well. This machine is perfect! The profile is great, slim and counter space saving. The features work just as advertised. The only possible way to improve would be for it to heat milk while frothing. Well done Ninja

Brought it home, unpacked it and cleaned it up, read the manual on how to use it, then gave it a try…. It would not pour the correct size we picked, it kept shutting off, water would leak out from underneath the machine, and after you would turn it off, it would still drip out from the cup location. I'm done with all Ninja products.

The reusable filter is great! I love that it shows the number of ounces for each brew setting, versus how many "cups", since my coffee mugs are all oversized. Easy to program, user-friendly instructions, easy to clean, and easy to use. Makes a great cup of coffee.
