Breaks within less than 9 months, stay away and buy some other Brand, their support is also a nightmare

I love this machine, it does everything I need it to do, from making delicious rich coffee, specialty coffee and boiling water for my nighttime tea.

Bought 2 months ago and reservoir leaks. After looking at reviews online see that's it's an ongoing issue.

Work well So far only complaint is the brew temperature is only 165 degrees. Should be higher to brew good coffee

Couldn't make a cup of coffee without grounds. I posted a review on kohls and ninja promptly replied on the kohls site but when I took it offline I couldn't get a response from anyone. I replaced it with a keurig.

Bought less than a year ago leaks on bottle have to wipe down counter after every brew .also it was missing smart scoop they were suppose to send but never did

It has a lot of gizmos, but the unit is under powered, coffee is not hot in all settings, coffee does not taste good. I miss my old coffee maker, do not waste your money, look else where.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and have not been disappointed. Does everything well. Coffee brews fast is hot and tastes great. Like being able to brew a large pot or just use a pod when on the go.

Definitely an upgrade from Keurig. The frother makes really good cappuccinos, just microwave the milk first. I see complaints about K-cups leaving grounds in the cup, you have to push the K-cup down before closing and it will not have this issue.
