I bought this and was so excited! Then within two months the machine stopped working correctly. I then contacted Ninja . They sent me the cheapest one not the pro . I'm so disappointed!

I have always had keurigs until now. Didnt take long to figure it out and love how easy it is to switch betwenn the pods and grounds. Glad i am adding to the my ninja kitchen products :)

First time buying a decent coffee maker for my husband instead of watching him waste time with his French press every morning. First time using it today and he loves it. Easy, convenient, affordable, and highly would recommend 👌

Definitely an upgrade from Keurig. The frother makes really good cappuccinos, just microwave the milk first. I see complaints about K-cups leaving grounds in the cup, you have to push the K-cup down before closing and it will not have this issue.

Drove 1.5 hours round trip to buy a new coffee maker, just got it home and opened and it's very obviously a used item. Full of coffee grounds, water marks all over the reservoir, greasy fingerprints. Absolutely disgusting.

I upgraded from my previous Ninja coffee maker that I loved, as it was getting old and it was time to replace. I definitely am a fan of the dual maker with the option of whole pot or just pod. I think I will love this maker too!

This is the best coffee maker I have owned, my folks loved it so much had to buy them one. Replaced my Keurig with it and not going back. Highly recommended as well as any Nija/shark products as well…

Excelent product makes great coffee. K cups coke out great. Pot of coffee if the best. Only thing is there a trick to putting the lid on the carafe. I have the hardest time. Make that easier and it's perfect. I may be doing it wrong who knows.

Fantastic coffee brewer! We have 2 of them since my wife and I each drink at least a half pot a day (regular for me and decaf for the mrs.). No issues going on 4 months! Highly recommend!
