[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my husband and I are completely different when it comes to coffee. He will go thru a pot a day of the strongest coffee you can make I on the other hand maybe a cup every couple of days of cream and sugar with a little bit of coffee. This is perfect for us. Before we got this system we had a Congleton brew machine and it was so expensive because my husband would go thru so many of the cups for that machine but now he can make his pot and I can just use the single serve function when I want one. It was easy to use and brews quite fast especially his full pot or atleast I think it's pretty fast.

So far so good. After a bad experience with my last Ninja leaking and after speaking with Ninja about it they recommended this model at a reduced price. My daughter has this model for over a year and she really likes it. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has a lot of features that I may not use but still a well made product.

It has alot of different functions and you can make from coffee to iced drinks to hot chocolate. The quality and value and performance is great. I love this. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Coffee pot for my hubby and perfect for his work cup, pods quick for my son and his girlfriend, and most of all the capacity for lates's and a amazing frother!! This is the easiest coffee pot to learn and use AND clean up is a breeze. Fits nicely in the counter and is nice looking!!!

I fell in love with it after the very first time that I used it, I love how easy it is to use and the fact that you can have a whole pot of coffee or just a cup at a time. This thing is absolute trash. Have had it for less than 3 months and it already doesnt work. The instructions on cleaning it are bs. Running it through it's cleaning cycle for a third time now (90 minute process btw) and it's still clogged so bad that it cant even clean it. We've never used anything in it but purified water so i really don't understand how it could even get this calcified if that's supposed to be the issue. We had a kuerig for 3+ yra and used mostly tap water in it and never had it clog or had to clean it like this. Not only would i not recommend buying, I'd suggest the store takes it off the shelf. $150 for a product that last 2.5 months is unacceptable. I could, and probably will, go buy a $25 hamilton beach coffee maker and get more than 3 months out of it.

This product did not live up to my expectations. I bought it for the versatility of being able to brew both K cups and carafes. There are many places where grounds can get stuck and it requires almost daily cleaning so that grounds do not get in your coffee. The carafe is poorly made, there are crevices where water can get in and it is hard to get out then the dirty water will go into your cup when you pour from the carafe. be careful as I thought it had an actual steamer not just a froth or. The coffee that it bruise is just OK. I have had it just over a year and it will probably be replacing it this summer. Other coffee makers I've had have lasted me multiple years.

This is a great coffee maker! Anyone who likes grounds and k-cups and the ability to make specialty coffee or just heat water will love this machine. Simple to operate, large water reservoir, small footprint and fast operation. Looks great too! This is the one to get!
