[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my Ninja DualBrew Pro! I have used three or four other brands before my brother purchased Ninja and advised me to make the switch. Simple to use and brews my favorite drinks. I love to use the hot water feature to make my oatmeal in the mornings. The DualBrew is perfect for someone like me who has a large family. I can brew a pot or everyone can choose their own. I will only be using Ninja from now on!

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. We were so excited to use it Christmas morning with the family. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. There is no hot plate to keep the pot if coffee warm. The temp for single serve can no be adjusted and is not warm enough so it gets cold fast. The frother does not steam your milk so you have to heat it up first. I have multiple Ninja products that I love but this was a fail for me.

This is the worst coffee pot system EVER! I bought this system 12 months ago and after 6 months it broke, I returned it and received a new one. After 2 more months with the brand new one it broke again (ERROR message and would not brew) I returned that one as well and after another 2 months it ALSO broke -same error message. That is (3) coffee brewers in 12 months!! I will NEVER purchase anything ever from this company! BEWARE!

I bought this about a year ago and have been fairly unimpressed with it. I mostly use k-cups, and if that's all you want it for, it works pretty well, but doesn't get hot enough to extract optimally (and also if you are a slow coffee drinker, it'll be straight up cold within 10 minutes of brewing so prepare to chug). I do the specialty 4 oz setting as I find it comes out the strongest that way. As for a normal pot of coffee, the brewing process simply doesn't get hot enough on this machine to extract properly, so everything that comes out of it is room temp and has a sour/acidic taste. I've found ways to make that taste less prominent (use an extremely fine grind, like what you'd use for espresso, and two filters instead of one) but have never been able to fully eliminate it and almost always just use my French press or aero press instead if I'm not in a hurry. I wish I'd just bought a basic keurig (which is what I had previously) instead as they actually get hot enough to produce a strong coffee. I don't ever use the frothing wand because I have a separate pitcher that heats and froths milk, but the one thing that I do love about this machine is the hot water dispenser, especially as I regularly drink tea as well. It's been nice not to need a separate countertop appliance just for hot water (or a stovetop kettle). All that said, if you tend to prefer light roasts and acidic coffee that is ready to drink immediately this might be perfect for you. If you prefer dark, non acidic, piping hot coffee, I don't recommend this. It's all just a matter of preference.

This is one of the worst coffee makers I've owned. It constantly drips, theres water left in the kpod after using, the instructions suck on how to make a carafe of coffee and it takes forever compared to keurig. It is also super loud when brewing. If I had the receipt.. I would return it and get something else. It is really sleek looking and I do enjoy that.

Pros: it automatically switches between pods or carafe based on whether you out in the adapter or not, which is super convenient. However, I was disappointed to realize it didn't come with the reusable filter like my first coffee bar did in 2016, and unfortunately that old reusable filter basket of course doesn't quite fit the new unit. And the fact that the reusable k-cup pods sold at a local big box Supercenter won't work with this either- is annoying. I don't want to be without coffee should I run out of filters or k-cups 9'e day because my life is chaotic because of kids, a deployed spouse, ect. That gripe aside, I like the dedicated hot water line, it'll make my kids happy that they can be more independent when they want to make some cocoa or oatmeal or some other things , especially when I'm not a fan of them using our gas stovetop. This thing brewed a 10 oz cup SO fast and quietly from a k-cup, I was impressed. And having a 60 oz carafe? Fantastic in a house that treats coffee like the nectar of the gods! Mostly well done, Ninja. 😄

Started using it in Jan 2022. After a month of use, started getting grounds in carafe. Ugh! Love everything about this machine but can't get it to stop getting grounds in the carafe, and now it is doing it with the Kcups! Have cleaned it and just read through all of the reviews, trying to find a solution to no avail. The drip stop lever does not stop the dripping and the machine indicates it is done brewing when it clearly is not. I Love the options of this coffee maker, sleekness, etc. but is a big negative to always get grounds all over.

The concept of this machine is what coffee drinkers need. Choice between pods or grounds? Yes, please! But the pod adapter on this does not work. Ok… truth: IT ONLY WORKS WHEN YOU MANUALLY HOLD DOWN THE LID. Otherwise, it pops open due to the forced pressure, and error beeps occur. Tried at least 20 brands so far, an none work without the manual hold. Inconvenient. The other features are amazing.

Where do I start, this is the BEST coffee maker I've ever used. It's perfect for a single cup, speciality craft, big groups and for days that you are in a hurry. I'm a mom of two under two, so most days I use the pod option for a quick cup of coffee it will preset my grounds and program my morning coffee. I've also used it for my toddler's oatmeal and tea. The froth handle is also a favorite! What's not to love?

Picked this up during Prime Day deals after eyeing it for the past few months. I worked at a clinic that had a different Ninja coffee maker and I was blown away how good the coffee tasted. Picked it up from the post office today and I'm amazed at how good my coffee tastes. It's quick and efficient and I'll never go back to Keurig I've had two just stop working after taking great care of them and doing all of the maintenance etc. Only downside this unit is super tall, no way to use it under your cabinets I'll be on the hunt for a sliding tray to set this on, I also wished Ninja offered a charcoal filter option for their Ninja machines my water is pretty bad here and even though I filter it another filter would be nice.
