Do not buy!! We are on our second. First one lasted a year and then broke and kept saying “add water” and would never work even after adding water. Then we got one as a gift two weeks ago and it broke after 3 days!! It steamed up so bad it ruined our cabinets and only would make an inch of coffee. I would stay clear of this coffee maker!!

My husband bought me this coffee maker for Christmas as we are huge coffee and ninja fans. We love the features and the coffee it makes. However, half a pot of coffee fell on my hand when the lid failed as I was pouring my coffee this morning. We had the arrow pointing forward and it was tightly shut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new Ninja DualBrew Pro coffee system. It is one of the best coffee systems I have ever used. The ability to brew different sizes from pod up to 55 ounces with one machine is the cat's meow. I have used it to make pod coffee, regular classic coffee 12 cup and decaffeinated rich 12 cup coffee. It even comes with measuring spoon and the ability to create foam for any special coffee. Absolutely a marvelous coffee system.

I love this coffee maker. It has multiple features and i have used them all. Two things that are a problem for me is that in the middle of brewing a pot of coffee the clean alert goes on and you can't finish the brew cycle. The other is my Kcup lid continues to stick which i have reached out to customer support. We”ll see out that goes. Other than that I purchased two more for gifts that's how much I love it!

We purchased this as a wedding present to ourselves and have absolutely loved it for the past 6 months. Now all of the sudden it won't brew anything! It keeps saying flashing that the unit needs cleaned and there is no way override it. We clean it regularly and we have now cleaned it 5 times since it's says it needs cleaned and it still won't work. Very frustrating!!

I love the functionality and design of this product. However, it leaks! We cannot leave water in the water tank because it empties all over the counter. Has warped and ruined out kitchen cabinets and drawers. Our relative who also bought the same product had the same issue.

I have owned this machine for almost a year now. I had never splurged on a coffee machine and didn't intend to for this one, even though I wanted it so bad! One day my husband showed up with it for me. I was so happy I cried tears of joy. My joy turned into sadness within two months time, when the machine started dispensing the wrong amount of ounces. It has done it consistently since then. I have poured my coffee into measuring cups to confirm. I make myself 28 ounces of coffee every morning, sometime I get enough for a cup, sometimes, I get enough for two. Sometimes I don't get enough at all. The water is now leaking out of the bottom of the water reservoir and leaves a puddle under the machine almost daily. The single cup has not worked since almost the beginning when one of my children went to brew some tea with a tea pod. It spewed out steam and the lid popped open and since then we have never been able to use the pod portion. The lid of the pod adapter pops open during brewing. I am not sure if I just got a defective machine or if they all function this way but I am so sad and disappointed. I always think of leaving a review, but never bothered until today when I went to brew my 28 ounces of coffee and ended up with maybe only 12. I'm sitting at work with my pitifully small cup of coffee that and decided today is the day I speak up. And yes, I have read all the FAQ, Troubleshooting, I have watched so many Youtube videos on cleaning and tried them all. Nothing has worked.

We have had our coffee maker for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. We don't do a lot of K-cups, but every now and then it's great to be able to make a quick one cup of coffee. The lattee frother works better than expected. We usually microwave almond milk for about 1 minute. Then froth it. Then brew the coffee. It's quite good. The only down side we have with this entire setup is the thermal carafe. Coffee and water can get inside the plastic outside ring that goes around the top. The coffee then dries in there. The next time coffee or water gets in there, it rehydrates the old coffee which can spill out into your fresh cup of coffee contaminating it.

We can brew regular ground coffee a cup or a pot. Or we can use pods We can make a specialty drink. With this coffee machine. We don't have to have all of the extra machines. It's so freeing to get back some space. I love it.

I have had mine for almost 2 months now. I am pleased with its functionality. I have used all the functions that it offers. The single K-Cup, Full pot function, The hot water for tea or other drinks as well as for oatmeal. I have no real complaints. One thing I think that would be nice if there was an adapter available for the expresso pods.
