I purchased mainly because me and my husband drink different coffees and he drinks more than I do so I was excited to use the K cup feature. Unless you stand there and hold your cup all the way up to it it will spew everywhere and it seems like no matter what coffee I am brewing, it tastes a little off. The ninja coffee maker I had before this was wonderful so I wanted to love this one too. I just don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a couple weeks now and it's been great. The water only spout is awesome for hot tea. The pod adapter works great. And the ground coffee maker it pretty awesome. It has a lot of options which takes some getting used to; especially if you are used to a basic coffee maker like I was. But the options allow you to make exactly the amount of coffee you want in your preferred method so it's worth taking the time to learn them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee station has something for everyone. Coffee pot for my hubby and perfect for his work cup, pods quick for my son and his girlfriend, and most of all the capacity for lates's and a amazing frother!! This is the easiest coffee pot to learn and use AND clean up is a breeze. Fits nicely in the counter and is nice looking!!!

My husband bought me this coffee maker for Christmas as we are huge coffee and ninja fans. We love the features and the coffee it makes. However, half a pot of coffee fell on my hand when the lid failed as I was pouring my coffee this morning. We had the arrow pointing forward and it was tightly shut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough how much I love this coffee pot. The features that it has are outstanding! You have so many options to choose from. The frother is awesome and the hot water well is great for making hot chocolate. I can make one cup of coffee with a pod or I can make a whole lot. It is fantastic and I love everything about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja has outdone itself again! I've owned many of their products and this one is my new favorite. I have a household of coffee drinkers, so this machine gets a lot of use. I typically brew a pot or two daily, which is as easy as a turn of a dial and a push of a button. I love the digital dial which lets you choose the size of your cup/mug/pot. In addition, you can also choose regular, bold, specialty, or cold brew. What makes this machine unique is that you can also use pods for single servings. This is so convenient for a quick mug when the pot is empty, or when only one person wants a cup. We also have hot tea drinkers in the family. To make tea, just switch the knob and you instantly have hot or boiling water for tea. Another highlight I love is the milk frother that attaches and is stored right on the machine. No more looking for attachments and figuring out how they work. Just swing out the arm, push a button, and done. It also detaches with a quick twist for easy washing. Even the measuring scoop hangs right on the machine. No more searching through junk drawers to find it! Ninja has really thought of everything this time. This is a great machine for coffee and tea drinkers of all kinds!

It is a complicated and messy machine. Unlike 99% of coffee makers it's has an open closed switch. Forget to use that and pull a pot out coffeee pours out everywhere. I just made my first pod coffee with a tall cup. The pod sprayed coffeee everywhere. Final,y one too many scoops and your coffeee is full of grounds. It says 4-6 but stick with four. The coffee comes out really hot so takes about five minutes to get to your first cup. All around very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this coffee maker! It has so many great features and different ways to make coffee, but still small and fits perfectly on the counter. I love that I choose what size pot of coffee I want to make without any guesswork. I love that I can make iced coffee or froth milk to make a cappuccino. I love that I have to option of making a whole pot, or just one cup using a pod. The digital display is fantastic and easy to understand. The removable water reservoir is perfect and allows for easy water fill ups. I appreciate the hot water feature that does not use the coffee water line so I can make oatmeal or my son can have hot chocolate that doesn't taste like coffee. This is a fabulous machine and it is my new favorite kitchen appliance!

I received this about a month ago and have mixed feelings. Overall, I am happy with the machine however, there are a few things that I am still trying to figure out. I still don't understand the carafe settings how much to do scoops and water settings. The plate to keep the coffee hot doesn't stay on as much as advertised, it cuts off after about 2 hours. I have yet to figure out how to cut the plate on by itself. It has been hit or miss with having to do scoops for the carafe, one too many, and the coffee is very strong and bitter. One too less and it is very watery. I found Folger pre-filled filtered coffee paks, which is suppose to make 10 cups, I set the coffee maker to 33 oz, and it does ok. Also, I am surprised the k-cup setting doesn't go to 14 oz's like my Hamilton Beach maker did that I was using before this purchase. The main reason I purchased this maker is the preset setting so that I could have coffee brewing while I am getting dressed in the morning, and it is a great feature. I set it the night before and it works wonderfully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad I did. This ninja dual coffee maker is great. It has alot of different functions and you can make from coffee to iced drinks to hot chocolate. The quality and value and performance is great. I love this. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
