I've been using the ninja coffee systems for several years and I upgrade about every 2 years. I was so excited when I saw the dual brew system because my wife only had use of one hand due to a stroke thus making this the perfect system for the 2 of us and I didn't have to sacrifice the quality of of my brewed coffee by using a different brand coffee maker. The brewed coffee is delicious as always but the "insulated" pot doesn't keep the coffee hot very long at all and I'm stuck having to microwave anything after my first cup. The pod system is terrible. One you get it snapped in place you have to put a small amount of pressure on the top of it to keep it from turning itself off repeatedly. If you move your hand, it stops. You can't push start without moving your hand so it's impossible for my wife to use but nobody wants to hold the top of a steaming hot pod holder while the coffee makes. I have always loved everything Ninja but this system is a fail. Sorry Ninja.

Dont know why but very first pot and every pot since, when the pot is fresh and you go to pour it starts to barely come out then all of a sudden it comes pouring out fast, spilling everywhere and burning your hand holding the cup if you are not careful. Very dangerous. Unit also spits like crazy using pods when it is finishing its brew. This is with the metal pot version. DO NOT BUY, dangerous. Unit also seems to have issues with coffee grounds and the pod adapter that they cant seem to fix judging by the other reviews.

This is my second Ninja Coffees Bar. I got my first one as a wedding anniversary gift 6 years ago. When I saw this one I knew it was time to change it. Sadly, less then 4 months after having it, the carafe jar shatter. I don't understand how!!!! I did noticed that the glass on this one is tinner than the one I had. I'm afraid to buy the glass carafe again! Need to know if Ninja offers the stainless steel style for this model. Other than that, it's so fancy and does everything you need. Even pours boiling water for tea

This thing is absolute trash. Have had it for less than 3 months and it already doesnt work. The instructions on cleaning it are bs. Running it through it's cleaning cycle for a third time now (90 minute process btw) and it's still clogged so bad that it cant even clean it. We've never used anything in it but purified water so i really don't understand how it could even get this calcified if that's supposed to be the issue. We had a kuerig for 3+ yra and used mostly tap water in it and never had it clog or had to clean it like this. Not only would i not recommend buying, I'd suggest the store takes it off the shelf. $150 for a product that last 2.5 months is unacceptable. I could, and probably will, go buy a $25 hamilton beach coffee maker and get more than 3 months out of it.

I love the functionality and design of this product. However, it leaks! We cannot leave water in the water tank because it empties all over the counter. Has warped and ruined out kitchen cabinets and drawers. Our relative who also bought the same product had the same issue.

Worst coffee pot, the reservoir leaks constantly, if you make a full pot the coffee grounds get all stuck up in area where the water drips and and grounds go everywhere. Coffee is not always hot very spotty. My first Ninja coffee pot which had no special attachments worked the best. Never had an issue wish I still had it.

I love this coffee maker! Not only can I set up my coffee at night for the next day, my kids can come in anytime to brew their pods or froth milk… love how easy it is to get to everything for cleaning-best I've ever had in that regard. Once you work through the instructions you'll love how it has all the right feels…clicks when locking things into position and beeps where you need it. Love the open/close on the drip mechanism so I don't drip coffee on the burner! Best and most fun coffee maker I've ever owned!

It has alot of different functions and you can make from coffee to iced drinks to hot chocolate. The quality and value and performance is great. I love this. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Ninja actually sent us this to replace another model that malfunctioned. We could not be happier! It feels solid and well-made. All of the parts were easy to unpack and clean. The controls/touch buttons are smooth and easy to use. I love the different size settings for how much to brew, and the ability to do full pots and K-Cups. I use the auto-brew Monday-Friday mornings and it works perfectly. Honestly nothing bad to say about it. Will continue using Ninja for our Kitchen appliances and tools whenever possible.

I already made a classic pot of coffee in it and the taste was incredible ... I can't wait to make lattes and specialty coffees . I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family .
