Bought this but causes leaking and hate the cleaning function added to machine, it squirted in my face one time when it started beeping and I open the pod lid, so you have to turn power off when it has the cleaning light turn red and doing the noise and sometime keep on repeating the cleaning steps until it stops beeping and finally taking the pod inside and pouring coffee. This is terrible when you are in a hurry cause it will not pour the coffee at all. I bought it at original price, too.

This product is really great. I was highly skeptical but am totally impressed after a full year of daily usage. The engineered product is thoughtful and practical. It initially puts out a small amount of hot water which allows the grounds to "bloom.". It then pushes the water through that is hot and fast. I don't do pods but I love the frother and the single cup options. It just works and makes a great.pot of coffee.

I have had mine for a year now and worth every single $ of it .We went thru so many kerigu coffee makers till I was sick of constant failure after not lasting a month and lots of problems .i have brought other ninja products and they are great and never had problems .will continue to buy ninja from now on

Oh and this machine has a frother which I love! While it does not heat the milk or in my case, I use flavored liquid coffee creamers, it produces a wonderful froth. If you'd prefer to have it heated simply heat in the microwave a few seconds before frothing. A handy smart scoop fits nicely on the side of the unit, so it's always handy for measuring your favorite ground coffee. The water reservoir is huge and can be placed in the back of the unit or on the side. Plus you can get hot/boiling water with a simple turn of the dial. One of my favorite coffee maker experiences. It works very well and makes good coffee. I use Keurig cups often and feel like it makes better Keurig coffee than Keurig branded coffee machines. The dual-brew system is great because I can make a whole pot where I can make just a cup. Cleaning. It is easy. I just run vinegar and water mixture through it every 6 months. Definitely worth buying.

I can't imagine my life without this thing, I can't live without it. Makes everything perfect. If I want tea I can have a boiling hot water or just hot in a minute, if I'm running late and only have time for a k cup if I have people over and I need to brew the whole jar. It's just perfect, quick, easy. Makes the most beautiful froth to make a capuccino. I specially love the delay function because I can wake up to a hot jar of fresh coffee before dropping my daughter at school

We bought this a couple of weeks ago. The first brew was fine, but had a few coffee grounds in the carafe. Every singles brew after had over an inch of grounds in the carafe. We cleaned and cleaned, even adjusted the amount of grounds, ran just water through, but no matter what it had and inch or more of grounds and the basket would be backed up with water. At one point I brewed 4 pots in 2 hours trying to get it to brew correctly. I really wanted this coffee maker and am so disappointed. We returned within a few days, but are still waiting for our refund.

I BOUGHT THIS IN OCTOBER 2021. I PRIMARILY USE THE DRIP CYCLE FOR ONE CUP OF COFFEE AT A TIME. MAKES GOOD COFFEE BUT NOT ALWAYS HOT ENOUGH AND NO WAY TO ADJUST TEMPERATURE FOR COFFEE. IT CAN MAKE A CUP OF BOILING HOT WATER. OTHER FEATURES WORK WELL.

I love that I can use pods to make up to a 12 oz size glass or remove the pod adapter and use filters and lose coffee to make a complete pot of coffee. I can make anywhere from 4 Oz to 56! A full pot takes less than 45 seconds to brew! The delay feature has quickly become something I count on to have my coffee ready promptly at 5 a.m. Monday through Friday. The attached frother works amazingly well! I also love how little counter space this wonderful coffee maker takes up.

I had an older model and enjoyed some of the features, so I had an idea what to expect. The main reason I purchased this item was because of the advertised 12-cup carafe. It turns out, it will only brew 55 oz, less then 7 cups. It's not like there is 41 oz of free space in the carafe once the pot is brewed. Total capacity of the carafe is about 68 oz.
