This product did not live up to my expectations. I bought it for the versatility of being able to brew both K cups and carafes. There are many places where grounds can get stuck and it requires almost daily cleaning so that grounds do not get in your coffee. The carafe is poorly made, there are crevices where water can get in and it is hard to get out then the dirty water will go into your cup when you pour from the carafe. be careful as I thought it had an actual steamer not just a froth or. The coffee that it bruise is just OK. I have had it just over a year and it will probably be replacing it this summer. Other coffee makers I've had have lasted me multiple years.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. My husband drinks tea and I love my coffee. With the Ninja DualBrew I can brew my cup of coffee and he can make His tea(instead of heating his water in the microwave). Not to mention the grandbabies can make their noodles for snacks, no boiling water on the stove, not with the Ninja DualBrew. Yay!!! Love, love, love, my NinjaBrew. Did I mention when I have company over I can brew coffee by the pot, double yay.

Like how quickly you get your coffee. It does not keep coffee warm for your second cup. The carafe handle is attached to a ring that goes around the top, not a good design. Old coffee sit around that ring and then comes out when pouring your coffee. Didnt think I would have to wash the carafe after every use.

No matter what I have tried, including reading the troubleshooting instructions and changing the type grounds and filter and everything else I can change, every time I brew a pot, there are grounds in the coffee. Very disappointing because otherwise it's a pretty awesome coffee maker.

We've had this unit for about 18 months, it works pretty well overall. However about a month ago the power and warm lights went out on the display. It appears there's no way to get replacement parts, and these only have a 1 year warranty. There are quite a few reports of people starting to have this same problem with the display lights going out so it appears to be a weakness in the design. For the price it's not a big expectation that failures like this would not happen in such a short timeframe. Other brands in similar price ranges Brewville, Cuisinart, Braun, etc. all carry 2-3 year warranties.

Not really happy with this coffee maker. I had a different model, without the frother that, eventually broke. Ninja was sending out a discounted new model that had the frother, at a discounted price. First, the steadiness on my counter is off which makes the appliance off balance. Secondly, the top close handle seems to get stuck when brewing a cup or using a k-up. Ninja had me pay for shipping. Maybe I wouldn't have bought this machine if I knew Ninja was going to charge me.

We had been using a Keurig for the past few years and quickly began to realize extent of the wastefulness of the coffee pods, so we decided to look for alternative options. The Ninja DualBrew was the answer we were looking for. Not only does it have more versatility in the function and design (with options that include classic or rich brew, over ice, water only for tea or oatmeal for example), but the sleeker and more modern design also made it a welcomed addition to our kitchen. The ability to make single cups as well as an entire 12-cup carafe is helpful for when we have guests or when one cup of coffee simply isn't going to cut it for the day. The frother feature is also an awesome added bonus that my husband particularly loves. The Ninja DualBrew is easy to use and operate, looks aesthetically pleasing in our contemporary styled kitchen, and makes outstanding coffee. Highly recommended!

This is a great coffee maker! Anyone who likes grounds and k-cups and the ability to make specialty coffee or just heat water will love this machine. Simple to operate, large water reservoir, small footprint and fast operation. Looks great too! This is the one to get!

This is one of the worst coffee makers I've owned. It constantly drips, theres water left in the kpod after using, the instructions suck on how to make a carafe of coffee and it takes forever compared to keurig. It is also super loud when brewing. If I had the receipt.. I would return it and get something else. It is really sleek looking and I do enjoy that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee system is awesome. There are lots of really good features. I like that you can use both k-cups and coffee grinds. I also like that it comes with a milk frother. You can set this up to boil water for you and the water dispenses from a separate tube, so you won't get any coffee residue going into your hot water cup (note - you can get just regular hot water for tea, or boiling water). Last night, I set everything up so that my coffee would be brewed and ready for me at 6am. Then when my husband got up an hour later, the coffee was warm and ready for him too. There are different brew styles, so if you want an iced coffee, there is a different setting for that (stronger coffee?) so that your drink isn't too watered down. There is a cleaning function but I have not tried that out yet. At first, this machine was a little intimidating because there are quite a few different settings, but once we started using it, we found that it is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that you can use this one machine to make all kinds of different drinks - cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffee, hot tea. Only downsides to this (and they are minor) are that, you have to heat your milk in the microwave before you froth it since the frother obviously does not heat your milk (again, not a big deal for me). Also - we noticed that we had to switch the dispenser to "closed" before removing the carafe and pouring a cup of coffee after the brew was complete because if we didn't, it dripped onto the warming ring (also not too big of an issue). Overall, excellent product, and I'm excited to try lots of different coffee drinks!
