We recently went from a Keurig to the Ninja DualBrew Pro. The Pro heats the water and starts brewing in ¼ the time of our old coffee maker. That's the plus for him. I like that it can do hot water through a different way so you don't get residue coffee flavor in your soup or tea. I also like cold coffee, so it's great that it brews over ice.Those are the pluses for me. We're so pleased!!

I have this coffeemaker since October of 2021 now. I used to have all kinds of Keurig models, they all caused issues within the warranty period. I use this one several times a day. I have done k-cup pods, filtered in the carafe, made tea by using the hot or boiling water feature and this miracle machine has not once failed me in any way. I love the built-in frother, although I use it only occasionally, but it works flawless, and within seconds I have nice foam for cappuccino. I have used it for milk and the Coffee-Mate I usually use. During the winter month we have used the hot/boiling water feature for Thera-Flu and/or tea bags, but i have also made tea with k-cups. The options are endless. There is one minor thing that I would Ninja to consider for an updated model in the future: please offer a water filter for the water reservoir. My tap water is full of chlorine, so I have to use filtered water (Brita pitcher). Keurig and Cuisinart offer those little filter packs that sit in a holder and can be replaced when needed, that's the only thing the Ninja is missing, besides that: I love this machine.

I already made a classic pot of coffee in it and the taste was incredible ... I can't wait to make lattes and specialty coffees . I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family .

Holy heck how do you get this thing to not make a freaking mess when using pods? If sprays drops of coffee everywhere! Tried multiple cup sizes, tried multiple large thermal mugs and still coffee spray all around the unit. It happens in the last portion of the brew cycle as it pumps the last bits of water it spits and sputters. I've cleaned it multiple times and it doesn't fix it.

I love that you can brew and entire pot of coffee or just a cup depending on your mood. It has many features that I love as well. You can brew different size cups as well as hot or over ice. You can also make espresso. It also has an option on the side you can change from making coffee to just hot water. I love this option because I'm a hot tea drinker and I hate when I make tea from a coffee pot and I get coffee grinds in it, this options makes it great. There is also a feature that you can stop the coffee from brewing to pour yourself a cup of coffee. Overall a great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the best coffee pots I have owned. It does all the fancy stuff like and just makes a regular good old pot of coffee. The K cup adapter works well with generic pods. The large Reservoir makes it very nice and you don't have to refill as often. It's a great machine for it on to go cup or to brew a pot of coffee for a weekend get together. I would highly recommend it if you are a coffee locker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee system is awesome. There are lots of really good features. I like that you can use both k-cups and coffee grinds. I also like that it comes with a milk frother. You can set this up to boil water for you and the water dispenses from a separate tube, so you won't get any coffee residue going into your hot water cup (note - you can get just regular hot water for tea, or boiling water). Last night, I set everything up so that my coffee would be brewed and ready for me at 6am. Then when my husband got up an hour later, the coffee was warm and ready for him too. There are different brew styles, so if you want an iced coffee, there is a different setting for that (stronger coffee?) so that your drink isn't too watered down. There is a cleaning function but I have not tried that out yet. At first, this machine was a little intimidating because there are quite a few different settings, but once we started using it, we found that it is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that you can use this one machine to make all kinds of different drinks - cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffee, hot tea. Only downsides to this (and they are minor) are that, you have to heat your milk in the microwave before you froth it since the frother obviously does not heat your milk (again, not a big deal for me). Also - we noticed that we had to switch the dispenser to "closed" before removing the carafe and pouring a cup of coffee after the brew was complete because if we didn't, it dripped onto the warming ring (also not too big of an issue). Overall, excellent product, and I'm excited to try lots of different coffee drinks!

I bought this coffee pot several weeks ago, and I have every single cup I have made. I've made many pots of coffe and even a couple of specialty coffee recipes that were included. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this product. Thank you so much for making a lasting and enjoyable experience for coffee lovers

We purchased this as a wedding present to ourselves and have absolutely loved it for the past 6 months. Now all of the sudden it won't brew anything! It keeps saying flashing that the unit needs cleaned and there is no way override it. We clean it regularly and we have now cleaned it 5 times since it's says it needs cleaned and it still won't work. Very frustrating!!

I have had mine for almost 2 months now. I am pleased with its functionality. I have used all the functions that it offers. The single K-Cup, Full pot function, The hot water for tea or other drinks as well as for oatmeal. I have no real complaints. One thing I think that would be nice if there was an adapter available for the expresso pods.
