The only thing missing is a re-usable k-cup device. I like to use grounds sometimes for just one cup and this device does not offer that. Other than that great product

With the exception of my stand up kitchen aide mixer, every single appliance that I own is made from ninja. I absolutely love shark and shark ninja products. I've gotten about 10 people to buy the shark mopvac and 6 to buy the hot and cold ninja blender. I also own several other ninja foodi products, along with the the coffee bar. Your products are well made and you truly think of everything. I wish I could test products for you guys because I can sell ice to an Eskimo and when I talk about your products I do it with passion. That's why people always run to go buy the products I tell them about. Keep making innovative kitchen appliances that truly raise the bar.

So far so good. After a bad experience with my last Ninja leaking and after speaking with Ninja about it they recommended this model at a reduced price. My daughter has this model for over a year and she really likes it. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has a lot of features that I may not use but still a well made product.

This is not my first ninja product! I have become a huge fan of ninja brand. they have excellent customer service. this coffee pot went beyond my expectations. tons of really cool features and it looks sleek in my home. I love the added bonus of the frother on the side ( this coffee maker bruise a cup of coffee in about 90 seconds. It is delicious and hot and absolutely perfect. It does take a little bit to learn all of the buttons because it does a lot of different things.

The frother is awesome and the hot water well is great for making hot chocolate. I can make one cup of coffee with a pod or I can make a whole lot. It is fantastic and I love everything about it!

Bought one in May, quit working in august. After 1.5 hours on phone with CS, they sent a new one. It worked for exactly 5 weeks and quit. They wanted to send another one and I said absolutely not! Spent 2 hours on phone with CS , finally got to talk to a supervisor, Blake, and finally got a refund. But, I had to send it back before they will issue the refund. The only good part of all of this is that Blake was at least in the states and spoke English. Love Shark products- their vacuums are wonderful but will never buy another ninja brand.

We have had our coffee maker for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. We don't do a lot of K-cups, but every now and then it's great to be able to make a quick one cup of coffee. The lattee frother works better than expected. We usually microwave almond milk for about 1 minute. Then froth it. Then brew the coffee. It's quite good. The only down side we have with this entire setup is the thermal carafe. Coffee and water can get inside the plastic outside ring that goes around the top. The coffee then dries in there. The next time coffee or water gets in there, it rehydrates the old coffee which can spill out into your fresh cup of coffee contaminating it.

I was beyond excited to upgrade to this machine after replacing another faulty coffeemaker from a different brand that barely lasted 2 years. Unfortunately, after only using this Ninja for about a month, I have experienced quite a few issues already. Those issues are that when I put a K-cup in, it either comes out as clear water or the grounds end up in my mug. Today I was brewing a K-cup for my company, and when the mug only filled halfway twice, I decided to inspect further. I looked inside the K-cup adapter was properly in place and when I removed it, to check the brew basket, it was clogged full of grounds beneath the K-cup adapter. I have double checked the directions multiple times and I am following all of the steps correctly so I must have a faulty machine. I can see it's potential, I just wish it worked as well as I hoped it would.

I've owned this model for over six months replacing a Keurig that had no iced coffee feature. Since then I've found that I can reproduce any coffee based product on Starbucks menu. Regular brew k-cups actually taste better on this Ninja model than on the original Keurig.
