So far so good. After a bad experience with my last Ninja leaking and after speaking with Ninja about it they recommended this model at a reduced price. My daughter has this model for over a year and she really likes it. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has a lot of features that I may not use but still a well made product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try the Ninja® CFP301 DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System, Single-Serve, Pod, and 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker and it didn't disappoint. I love that you can use pods or ground coffee and make either a cup or a whole pot. One of the best things is that if you just want hot water for tea or hot chocolate the water comes from a different system than the coffee system so there isn't a coffee taste. This also has a hot water or a boiling water button which is great. I would definitely recommend buying this product for yourself or as a gift.

i bought this product a year and 4 months ago. I spent alot thinking this was a really good investment for a coffee machine since we drink coffee every day at my house. Well after a year and 4 months the electrical went on it i phoned for help and they told me that because it was electrical they would not fix it and they would have to send me a whole new machine and because it was not under warranty anymore there deal would cost me more money for them to send out a new machine so that would be now alot more for a machine that only lasted me a year and 4 months NO THANKYOU. My machine should have lasted longer than it did. I will never every buy a ninja coffee maker again. It is not worth the price for the short time that it lasted.

I have used three or four other brands before my brother purchased Ninja and advised me to make the switch. Simple to use and brews my favorite drinks. I love to use the hot water feature to make my oatmeal in the mornings. The DualBrew is perfect for someone like me who has a large family. I can brew a pot or everyone can choose their own. I will only be using Ninja from now on!

I had an older model and enjoyed some of the features, so I had an idea what to expect. The main reason I purchased this item was because of the advertised 12-cup carafe. It turns out, it will only brew 55 oz, less then 7 cups. It's not like there is 41 oz of free space in the carafe once the pot is brewed. Total capacity of the carafe is about 68 oz.

Set up took a few minutes to figure out but it was smooth drinking after that. I use the single serve cups once in a while and the full pot for the morning. It is easy to transition from one to the other. The water vessel can be on the side or the back. It can do iced coffee and specialty coffees too. It has a milk frother if you like that. I like the richness settings. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

We purchased the Ninja CFP-305 coffee maker in October of 2022 with high hopes of enjoying a flavorful and hassle-free coffee experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this coffee maker has been quite disappointing, primarily due to the persistent issue of coffee grounds finding their way into my brewed coffee. One of the main concerns I have with the Ninja CFP-305 is its inability to brew a strong pot of coffee without grounds being present in the final product. No matter what adjustments or settings I tried, the grounds were always present, making each cup of coffee less enjoyable and creating a constant need for filtering. This issue was particularly pronounced when using the k-cup option, where the presence of grounds was almost guaranteed. Another letdown with this coffee maker is its inability to keep the brewed coffee warm for an extended period. Despite the promises of a well-insulated carafe, the coffee quickly loses its warmth within 2-3 hours. This limitation is quite inconvenient, especially if you prefer savoring your coffee over a longer duration or hosting guests. Furthermore, I have been unable to find a reusable k-cup option that works effectively with the Ninja CFP-305. The lack of compatibility with reusable pods restricts my choices and limits my ability to reduce waste. It would have been much appreciated if the coffee maker provided better support for environmentally-friendly brewing options. Despite these shortcomings, there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. The Ninja CFP-305 is undeniably easy to use, making the brewing process simple and convenient. Filling the water tank is a breeze, saving time and effort. Additionally, the hot water only option is a great feature for those who occasionally prefer tea or hot beverages other than coffee. Lastly, the coffee maker's overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing and adds a touch of style to the kitchen. In conclusion, my experience with the Ninja CFP-305 coffee maker has been rather disappointing. The persistent presence of coffee grounds in my brewed coffee, the lack of longevity in keeping the coffee warm, and the absence of a functional reusable k-cup option have greatly impacted my satisfaction with this product. While it does offer some convenient features, they are overshadowed by the frustrating issues that persistently affect the quality of the coffee. All of this has us in the market to purchase a different coffee maker from a different manufacturer.

This product did not live up to my expectations. I bought it for the versatility of being able to brew both K cups and carafes. There are many places where grounds can get stuck and it requires almost daily cleaning so that grounds do not get in your coffee. The carafe is poorly made, there are crevices where water can get in and it is hard to get out then the dirty water will go into your cup when you pour from the carafe. be careful as I thought it had an actual steamer not just a froth or. The coffee that it bruise is just OK. I have had it just over a year and it will probably be replacing it this summer. Other coffee makers I've had have lasted me multiple years.

This is one of the worst coffee makers I've owned. It constantly drips, theres water left in the kpod after using, the instructions suck on how to make a carafe of coffee and it takes forever compared to keurig. It is also super loud when brewing. If I had the receipt.. I would return it and get something else. It is really sleek looking and I do enjoy that.
