I have been using my Dual Brew Pro for about a month and love it. I switched over from a Keurig Supreme, which I liked, but had continual issues with it overheating and tripping the thermostat and also not sensing low water. After many warranty replacements, I was done. The features that I like are the large water reservoir, the cup holder that easily flips down, or up and out of the way, thermo-extraction makes a good cup with the Kcups, low water warning that allows you to refill and continue the brew you were on, and the hot/boil water system. Hands down this machine blows the KSupreme brewer out of the water. I am hoping it has a longer durability than the KSupreme has. So far, so GOOD!

I used to love this! We would frequently brew coffee and make tea ect. Love the features however after 1.5 years, every time I use it, gross white flakes are inside the water. I have cleaned it over and over using vinegar and doing the full “clean” feature but even still white stuff is coming out. I can't even use it anymore. Very upsetting considering the cost!

I've owned this model for over six months replacing a Keurig that had no iced coffee feature. Since then I've found that I can reproduce any coffee based product on Starbucks menu. Regular brew k-cups actually taste better on this Ninja model than on the original Keurig.

This is a great coffee maker! Anyone who likes grounds and k-cups and the ability to make specialty coffee or just heat water will love this machine. Simple to operate, large water reservoir, small footprint and fast operation. Looks great too! This is the one to get!

I bought this about a year ago and have been fairly unimpressed with it. I mostly use k-cups, and if that's all you want it for, it works pretty well, but doesn't get hot enough to extract optimally (and also if you are a slow coffee drinker, it'll be straight up cold within 10 minutes of brewing so prepare to chug). I do the specialty 4 oz setting as I find it comes out the strongest that way. As for a normal pot of coffee, the brewing process simply doesn't get hot enough on this machine to extract properly, so everything that comes out of it is room temp and has a sour/acidic taste. I've found ways to make that taste less prominent (use an extremely fine grind, like what you'd use for espresso, and two filters instead of one) but have never been able to fully eliminate it and almost always just use my French press or aero press instead if I'm not in a hurry. I wish I'd just bought a basic keurig (which is what I had previously) instead as they actually get hot enough to produce a strong coffee. I don't ever use the frothing wand because I have a separate pitcher that heats and froths milk, but the one thing that I do love about this machine is the hot water dispenser, especially as I regularly drink tea as well. It's been nice not to need a separate countertop appliance just for hot water (or a stovetop kettle). All that said, if you tend to prefer light roasts and acidic coffee that is ready to drink immediately this might be perfect for you. If you prefer dark, non acidic, piping hot coffee, I don't recommend this. It's all just a matter of preference.

Bought this but causes leaking and hate the cleaning function added to machine, it squirted in my face one time when it started beeping and I open the pod lid, so you have to turn power off when it has the cleaning light turn red and doing the noise and sometime keep on repeating the cleaning steps until it stops beeping and finally taking the pod inside and pouring coffee. This is terrible when you are in a hurry cause it will not pour the coffee at all. I bought it at original price, too.

I bought this coffee pot several weeks ago, and I have every single cup I have made. I've made many pots of coffe and even a couple of specialty coffee recipes that were included. We own many ninja products. And we've always been very pleased with their performance, but this coffee maker really disappointed me. It shorted out after owning it for only 3 months. It is a good design and a good cup of coffee I love that I can either make a singe cup with a coffee pod or a full carafe. I'm trying it one more time since it's was still under warranty.

My wife saw this coffee maker and just had to have it. We have always had good experiences with our previous Ninja coffee makers. This one has so many great features and all of the are phenomenal except one. The Kcup brewing has problems. Every cup of coffee we brew using this feature comes out with a mound of grounds in it. It's absolutely undrinkable. I have not found a remedy for this yet but I will continue to search for one because we hate to get rid of this machine.
