Started using it in Jan 2022. After a month of use, started getting grounds in carafe. Ugh! Love everything about this machine but can't get it to stop getting grounds in the carafe, and now it is doing it with the Kcups! Have cleaned it and just read through all of the reviews, trying to find a solution to no avail. The drip stop lever does not stop the dripping and the machine indicates it is done brewing when it clearly is not. I Love the options of this coffee maker, sleekness, etc. but is a big negative to always get grounds all over.

We had been using a Keurig for the past few years and quickly began to realize extent of the wastefulness of the coffee pods, so we decided to look for alternative options. The Ninja DualBrew was the answer we were looking for. Not only does it have more versatility in the function and design (with options that include classic or rich brew, over ice, water only for tea or oatmeal for example), but the sleeker and more modern design also made it a welcomed addition to our kitchen. The ability to make single cups as well as an entire 12-cup carafe is helpful for when we have guests or when one cup of coffee simply isn't going to cut it for the day. The frother feature is also an awesome added bonus that my husband particularly loves. The Ninja DualBrew is easy to use and operate, looks aesthetically pleasing in our contemporary styled kitchen, and makes outstanding coffee. Highly recommended!

Picked this up during Prime Day deals after eyeing it for the past few months. I worked at a clinic that had a different Ninja coffee maker and I was blown away how good the coffee tasted. Picked it up from the post office today and I'm amazed at how good my coffee tastes. It's quick and efficient and I'll never go back to Keurig I've had two just stop working after taking great care of them and doing all of the maintenance etc. Only downside this unit is super tall, no way to use it under your cabinets I'll be on the hunt for a sliding tray to set this on, I also wished Ninja offered a charcoal filter option for their Ninja machines my water is pretty bad here and even though I filter it another filter would be nice.

I bought this coffee maker after going through several other brands! It is the best machine ever. As a matter of fact, I enjoy my machine so much every day, that I bought this second one as a gift for my son, who also loves it. There are so many amazing features that most other machines do not have. It is relatively easy to use. It is versatile with loads of options that all perform beautifully. GREAT PRODUCT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the best coffee pots I have owned. It does all the fancy stuff like and just makes a regular good old pot of coffee. The K cup adapter works well with generic pods. The large Reservoir makes it very nice and you don't have to refill as often. It's a great machine for it on to go cup or to brew a pot of coffee for a weekend get together. I would highly recommend it if you are a coffee locker

I love this coffee maker. It has multiple features and i have used them all. Two things that are a problem for me is that in the middle of brewing a pot of coffee the clean alert goes on and you can't finish the brew cycle. The other is my Kcup lid continues to stick which i have reached out to customer support. We”ll see out that goes. Other than that I purchased two more for gifts that's how much I love it!

We purchased this as a wedding present to ourselves and have absolutely loved it for the past 6 months. Now all of the sudden it won't brew anything! It keeps saying flashing that the unit needs cleaned and there is no way override it. We clean it regularly and we have now cleaned it 5 times since it's says it needs cleaned and it still won't work. Very frustrating!!

I am on my second ninja dualbrew pro specialty coffee system. Love: Water fills from sink and has a great way to grip it Love ability to do carafe/cup/travel mug with ease Love separate water function for tea etc. Love how you can switch between different roasts, sizes, etc. with ease Love you can use any brand of coffee pods HATE: Hate that both coffee systems have grounds spilling into the carafe and the cups/mugs. Hate that the grounds in my coffee are found intermittently - but seems always to be present when I am having a party! Hate that I have tried different strengths, coffee ground sizes, etc. to no avail Hate my first system was replaced by the company, thank you; but the second one continues to have the exact same problem.

It is compact enough that it takes up less space than the average coffee maker, and you don't have to have a separate machine for single serve pods, and with the frother that is another machine you can do away with. It is a 3 in 1!!!!

No matter what I have tried, including reading the troubleshooting instructions and changing the type grounds and filter and everything else I can change, every time I brew a pot, there are grounds in the coffee. Very disappointing because otherwise it's a pretty awesome coffee maker.
