[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my wife and it is perfect as she is the only coffee drinker in our house. If it's just her she can do a single pod or if we have company she can use grounds for a bigger pot of coffee. Love the flexibility.

I only drink one large cup of coffee in the morning but my husband drinks three large ones throughout the day. To complicate matters worse, I like medium roast/classic brew and he likes bold roast/rich brew setting. We actually had two different coffee systems to get what we wanted but now, this new setup gives us a great cup of coffee that we truly enjoy.

So, I have a one morning review, that didn't start too well. My fir cup came out just water. When setting up last night, the instructions were just terrible. Finally got a cup brewed, then found this video. It's a game changer. Thank you, and I think I'll keep it. Was considering returning to store today. It's a bit tall so I'm adjusting everything in my coffee corner for this machine. Oh what we will do for our coffee!

This was the worse coffee machine I've ever purchased which was very disappointing because I have always raved about ninja products. First one would shut off mid brew sometimes you would have to push the ok button several times before it would brew. The amount of wasted coffee and money. Customer service sent me a new one and it happened to that one the same day we got it. Don't waste your time or lonely on this one.

This product is really great. I was highly skeptical but am totally impressed after a full year of daily usage. The engineered product is thoughtful and practical. It initially puts out a small amount of hot water which allows the grounds to "bloom.". It then pushes the water through that is hot and fast. I don't do pods but I love the frother and the single cup options. It just works and makes a great.pot of coffee.

I have had mine for a year now and worth every single $ of it .We went thru so many kerigu coffee makers till I was sick of constant failure after not lasting a month and lots of problems .i have brought other ninja products and they are great and never had problems .will continue to buy ninja from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am literally obsessed with this coffee maker! I love that I can use pods to make up to a 12 oz size glass or remove the pod adapter and use filters and lose coffee to make a complete pot of coffee. I can make anywhere from 4 Oz to 56! A full pot takes less than 45 seconds to brew! The delay feature has quickly become something I count on to have my coffee ready promptly at 5 a.m. Monday through Friday. The attached frother works amazingly well! I also love how little counter space this wonderful coffee maker takes up.

I received this about a month ago and have mixed feelings. Overall, I am happy with the machine however, there are a few things that I am still trying to figure out. I still don't understand the carafe settings how much to do scoops and water settings. The plate to keep the coffee hot doesn't stay on as much as advertised, it cuts off after about 2 hours. I have yet to figure out how to cut the plate on by itself. It has been hit or miss with having to do scoops for the carafe, one too many, and the coffee is very strong and bitter. One too less and it is very watery. I found Folger pre-filled filtered coffee paks, which is suppose to make 10 cups, I set the coffee maker to 33 oz, and it does ok. Also, I am surprised the k-cup setting doesn't go to 14 oz's like my Hamilton Beach maker did that I was using before this purchase. The main reason I purchased this maker is the preset setting so that I could have coffee brewing while I am getting dressed in the morning, and it is a great feature. I set it the night before and it works wonderfully.

With the exception of my stand up kitchen aide mixer, every single appliance that I own is made from ninja. I absolutely love shark and shark ninja products. I've gotten about 10 people to buy the shark mopvac and 6 to buy the hot and cold ninja blender. I also own several other ninja foodi products, along with the the coffee bar. Your products are well made and you truly think of everything. I wish I could test products for you guys because I can sell ice to an Eskimo and when I talk about your products I do it with passion. That's why people always run to go buy the products I tell them about. Keep making innovative kitchen appliances that truly raise the bar.
