Loved the versatility of this machine at first! But after a year, it's not making the right amount of coffee when I make just a single cup and it's not dispensing the correct amount of hot water. I have cleaned it several times thinking that was the problem but I am convinced that it's the machine. It's just a pain to have to run it multiple times to get the right amount of coffee or water.

Not really happy with this coffee maker. I had a different model, without the frother that, eventually broke. Ninja was sending out a discounted new model that had the frother, at a discounted price. First, the steadiness on my counter is off which makes the appliance off balance. Secondly, the top close handle seems to get stuck when brewing a cup or using a k-up. Ninja had me pay for shipping. Maybe I wouldn't have bought this machine if I knew Ninja was going to charge me.

My husband and I have had this machine for approximately a month now. We have a constant varying in the amount of coffee we need brewed. There are days we want different coffee flavor/brands than the other. Never a problem with any of this. Absolutely in love with the preset modes for travel mugs, and the fact that my large travel mugs that never fit under any machine fit perfectly in this machine. Then when we both are home or have company we can brew a full pot of coffee. All the options for ways to brew and sizes to brew make this machine perfect. Absolutely no complaints. It's great to see my husband be so excited over a small kitchen appliance.

I got this coffee pot for my wife for Christmas, we are used to a Bun and wanted the timer and pod feature so went with this model, big mistake so far, single pods put grounds in the coffee, and now when she makes a whole pot half the time it ends up with too many grounds too.

Mine is a Ninja kitchen, so I had to add this coffee maker. I love it! It has everything I need for both coffee and tea, plus a separate hot water spout. I no longer need two appliances when one does all the functions I need. Mine makes very hot water and great coffee made to my taste.

I bought this on a whim because my old kuerig didn't have the features I was looking for and I'm glad I did. The frother on this system is great, I love the fact it does k cups and grounds too. It makes for making coffee enjoyable. Plus it got to me in 2 business days!

I drink coffee drinks everyday, throughout the entire day, so I was excited to see all the options this one offers. I love that I can use k-cups or coffee grounds in it (that's my favorite feature by far). If I want a single cup or an entire pot, both are easy and quickly an option. So far, I've made iced coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and plain Jane. The milk frother is also an awesome feature! If you need a new coffee maker, you will not be disappointed by this one!

No matter what I have tried, including reading the troubleshooting instructions and changing the type grounds and filter and everything else I can change, every time I brew a pot, there are grounds in the coffee. Very disappointing because otherwise it's a pretty awesome coffee maker.

I replaced my original Ninja specialty coffee maker with this new model and I'm not disappointed. I love the display and selector. I now have more control over the cup size I brew. I have larger cups that always seemed to fall between 2 sizes in the older model. This new model makes a perfect cup of coffee. The only thing I am disappointed with is this model does not come standard with the permanent mesh filter. My old one did. I enjoy brewing one cup at a time and that uses a ton of paper filters! I waited months for it to be in stock to order. No after market filter seemed to fit. Overall, another excellent Ninja product!

We've been happy with all our Ninja products. This one is another Ninja win for quality, functions and ease of use. We mostly use the brew and pod brew but the dedicated hot/boiling water is super handy. The frother is a nice touch. We got the reusable filter basket. We use this every day, usually multiple times. It's easy, quick and easy to take care of.
