This product is really great. I was highly skeptical but am totally impressed after a full year of daily usage. The engineered product is thoughtful and practical. It initially puts out a small amount of hot water which allows the grounds to "bloom.". It then pushes the water through that is hot and fast. I don't do pods but I love the frother and the single cup options. It just works and makes a great.pot of coffee.

I got this coffee pot for my wife for Christmas, we are used to a Bun and wanted the timer and pod feature so went with this model, big mistake so far, single pods put grounds in the coffee, and now when she makes a whole pot half the time it ends up with too many grounds too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Ninja US - Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System. A full size coffee maker that takes k-cup pods, with a FROTHER! It is compact enough that it takes up less space than the average coffee maker, and you don't have to have a separate machine for single serve pods, and with the frother that is another machine you can do away with. It is a 3 in 1!!!!

This was the worse coffee machine I've ever purchased which was very disappointing because I have always raved about ninja products. First one would shut off mid brew sometimes you would have to push the ok button several times before it would brew. The amount of wasted coffee and money. Customer service sent me a new one and it happened to that one the same day we got it. Don't waste your time or lonely on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this coffee maker! I drink coffee drinks everyday, throughout the entire day, so I was excited to see all the options this one offers. I love that I can use k-cups or coffee grounds in it (that's my favorite feature by far). If I want a single cup or an entire pot, both are easy and quickly an option. So far, I've made iced coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and plain Jane. The milk frother is also an awesome feature! If you need a new coffee maker, you will not be disappointed by this one!

Love this coffee maker. It brews in less than a minute or 2. I was looking for a pot that wouldn't take up a lot of countertop and this one did the trick. I just was wondering if there is water filters that need to be replaced. I saw that it has a water filter but it doesn't say it needs to be replaced.

My husband and I have had this machine for approximately a month now. We have a constant varying in the amount of coffee we need brewed. There are days we want different coffee flavor/brands than the other. Never a problem with any of this. Absolutely in love with the preset modes for travel mugs, and the fact that my large travel mugs that never fit under any machine fit perfectly in this machine. Then when we both are home or have company we can brew a full pot of coffee. All the options for ways to brew and sizes to brew make this machine perfect. Absolutely no complaints. It's great to see my husband be so excited over a small kitchen appliance.

I have had mine for a year now and worth every single $ of it .We went thru so many kerigu coffee makers till I was sick of constant failure after not lasting a month and lots of problems .i have brought other ninja products and they are great and never had problems .will continue to buy ninja from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Dualbrew is really the best coffee machine . I included pictures from the box so you could see what I am so impressed about. We can brew regular ground coffee a cup or a pot. Or we can use pods We can make a specialty drink. With this coffee machine. We don't have to have all of the extra machines. It's so freeing to get back some space. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I use the pods for my coffee and when the family comes, I use the carafe. It heats up very quickly and works great. I love the extra frothy attachment if I want a specialty drink. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
