this is my second coffee maker, the first one was possessed, the second one the hot plate quit working, you can brew a full pot and the hot plate turns off after 15 minutes, I went through the manual and played with the time it stays on but no success. so I have expensive K-cup maker. I have had this only maybe 6 months. My Mr. Coffee maker that is 5 years old makes a better pot of coffee. Just better off buying smaller K-cup maker. Like few reviews on here, I also get grounds in my cup every now and then. I am sad, coming from the military and love my coffee. have to have my old coffee maker out of retirement.

Okay I bought this machine several months ago and loved it. Then my husband bought the permanent filter so we could also make the full pots in addition to the kcups. All of the sudden it started splashing everywhere when making the kcups. All over the counter every time. We had to start leaving a towel to clean it every time…. We are idiots. Discovered today you need to LEAVE THE BASKET IN (even though it's removable) when using the kcup adapater so that the liquid only goes through 1 hole. I was ready to toss this thing in the trash because of the splatter. Don't be an idiot like me haha leave the basket in when switching between adapters!!

With the exception of my stand up kitchen aide mixer, every single appliance that I own is made from ninja. I absolutely love shark and shark ninja products. I've gotten about 10 people to buy the shark mopvac and 6 to buy the hot and cold ninja blender. I also own several other ninja foodi products, along with the the coffee bar. Your products are well made and you truly think of everything. I wish I could test products for you guys because I can sell ice to an Eskimo and when I talk about your products I do it with passion. That's why people always run to go buy the products I tell them about. Keep making innovative kitchen appliances that truly raise the bar.

I bought this on a whim because my old kuerig didn't have the features I was looking for and I'm glad I did. The frother on this system is great, I love the fact it does k cups and grounds too. It makes for making coffee enjoyable. Plus it got to me in 2 business days!

Last week my coffee maker started giving me the add water error message, even though the reservoir was full. I went through all the troubleshooting steps online, and when none of those worked, they directed me to call customer support. Customer support told me that since my machine was out of warranty, there was nothing that could be done. Since it's an electronic device, I figured I'd unplug it and see if that did anything. I left it unplugged for about a day and a half, and guess what - it works perfectly fine again. Still dinging Ninja for this because I am sure they know about this and their troubleshooting team could have suggested it. But I hope I can help someone salvage their machine!

It is perfect for a household whose choice of coffee flavor/type differs. For example, I almost always brew a carafe of regular coffee every day, usually right when I get out of bed in the morning. My wife has to have decaffeinated coffee and, unless we run two coffee makers at the same time, this becomes problematical. Now that problem has gone away because she can use a coffee pod for her occasional cuppa. Setting up the machine was relatively simple aided by a very good instruction booklet with comprehensive diagrams and instructions. The choice of grounds brew sizes and pod brew sizes are numerous, being 9 and 4 respectively. The multi-serve dial allows you to select the brew size and you need to place the appropriate vessel on the plate that corresponds with your brew size. There is also a single-serve cup platform that can be adjusted to alleviate any splashing when the coffee maker is in operation. The ability to delay the brew is very useful and means I can now have a carafe of brewed coffee ready for me in the morning when I awake. Additionally, being able to keep my coffee warm on the warming plate is another invaluable feature. I don't know how we functioned prior to obtaining this Ninja DualBrew Pro and to say I am beyond pleased and excited about it is an understatement.

This has both options packed in one amazing machine. So many brew choices. I recommend reading the manual to understand what all it can offer. I love this coffee maker. It has multiple features and i have used them all. Two things that are a problem for me is that in the middle of brewing a pot of coffee the clean alert goes on and you can't finish the brew cycle. The other is my Kcup lid continues to stick which i have reached out to customer support. We”ll see out that goes. Other than that I purchased two more for gifts that's how much I love it!
