I've had this for about 2 months now and it hasn't disappointed! I love the frother, the option to boil water for tea, and that it also allows kcups. So happy with my purchase

I bought this over the summer and have had nothing but issues with it, it shuts down every time I try to make a k-cup of coffee. I have cleaned it many times and still have had no luck with it.

The coffee maker would not work correctly after 12.5 months. Steam comes out of top and sides and nothing brews. Cleaned it according to Ninja instructions still won't work. Nothing can be done since it is 20 days out of warranty.

My coffee machine is brand new. I have only made 4 cups off coffee with the k cups and every time I end up with grounds in my coffee...I'm so bummed I really wanted to love this machine. Guess it's back to the old Keurig...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this almost a week ago and just sat it up the other night. From the features it has, I absolutely live it! Don't wanna use anything else now. I can use pods, regular grounds and it has an option to just use hot water without crossing tje same water line for the coffee.

This was the worse coffee machine I've ever purchased which was very disappointing because I have always raved about ninja products. First one would shut off mid brew sometimes you would have to push the ok button several times before it would brew. The amount of wasted coffee and money. Customer service sent me a new one and it happened to that one the same day we got it. Don't waste your time or lonely on this one.

Do not buy!! We are on our second. First one lasted a year and then broke and kept saying “add water” and would never work even after adding water. Then we got one as a gift two weeks ago and it broke after 3 days!! It steamed up so bad it ruined our cabinets and only would make an inch of coffee. I would stay clear of this coffee maker!!

I bought this Ninja about 2 years ago and love it, however I'm getting an error "add water", there is water in the coffee. Any one else experience this and what did you do. After paying a lot of money I'm wondering if this coffee maker will ever work again.

Bought one in May, quit working in august. After 1.5 hours on phone with CS, they sent a new one. It worked for exactly 5 weeks and quit. They wanted to send another one and I said absolutely not! Spent 2 hours on phone with CS , finally got to talk to a supervisor, Blake, and finally got a refund. But, I had to send it back before they will issue the refund. The only good part of all of this is that Blake was at least in the states and spoke English. Love Shark products- their vacuums are wonderful but will never buy another ninja brand.

I needed a new coffee machine; a full featured one. This one isn't that full featured, in that it can't make espressos or lattes. It only brews coffee. The "Specialty" brew setting is misleading. It just brews the coffee at 4oz, there is no function to assist in actually making a Specialty coffee. That didn't stop me from buying it. I have a tea pot and pod maker, but it's nice this has those features. I like the milk frother, but I thought it would make espressos and heat milk, too. It took a few tries to get used to it's water economy (how it uses water vs how much brinds to use). To me using the small scoop for the RICH setting makes the coffee too weak for me. So I only use the big scoop. I was upset to learn it can't take Espresso grounds, so I had to exchange the Ethiopian Espresso grounds I had for Whole Bean. I actually enjoy this, and was looking for something this for awhile. I like the single cup tray, and the water heater for soups & teas. I just wish it had someplace to attach the K-pod adapter when I'm not using it. I also wish there were more recipes on it's parent site. I want to make the creative specialty coffees shown on the box. Glad I b'ot this. :D Sept. 5, 2022
