Great coffee machine

Water reservoir leaks DON'T BUY

Everything is great BUT THE WATER RESERVOIR LEAKS AND COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE OR WORSE HOUSE FIRE

Disappointing quality

After < 2 years of not heavy use, this unit stopped functioning. I highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty.
