I bought this coffee pot 2weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It is very easy to use. I love that it has a built in frother.

I checked this only because I returned it. I think it would be a good product but didn't work for me

Everything is great BUT THE WATER RESERVOIR LEAKS AND COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE OR WORSE HOUSE FIRE

I purchased this coffee machine about 3 weeks ago and I am so glad I did it's Fantastic easy to use features and makes a great cup of coffee or tea.

After < 2 years of not heavy use, this unit stopped functioning. I highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty.

This is exactly what we needed. It works perfectly and has all the functions we wanted. You can never go wrong with Ninja products.

Has some quirks. Drips when it shouldn't etc. This is our second one, replaced under warranty. We'll see how it goes.
