It doesn't work. How do I return it to Ninja? Can you please help me?

Bought this after using one at a relative's home. Couldn't have wished for better. Love all the options and the perfect cup every time.

Surprised to see negative reviews. Have had this machine for over 3 years now. It's perfect. Never had a problem.
