[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System has redefined my coffee drinking experience. I didn't know what I was missing until I tried this coffee machine. Not only is the coffee great tasting, but there's so much variety in terms of the different drinks I can make that I never get tired of drinking coffee. The fact that I can choose to use pods or coffee grounds is amazing. One machine to do both. I also like how you can choose different sizes so if I just feel like making a cup I don't have to make a whole pot. The foamy froth you can make really enhanced the specialty coffees I made using this machine. I highly recommend this machine to both the casual and avid coffee drinkers out there.

Recently purchased this product and I couldn't be happier. Recently moved in with my girlfriend and she prefers pot coffee and I love my k cups so we had to find something to fit both our needs and this coffee pot does it! As a loyal Keurig customer I have to say this coffee pot exceeds my expectations and I would never go back. It takes no time at all to heat up. You turn on the pot and your coffee starts brewing, which is great seeing how the Keurig takes a solid few minutes to start up. I also love that it has the separate water feature so if you want tea or hot water you don't have to run it a few times to get out the coffee grounds; everything is completely separate. 10/10!!

I absolutely love this coffee pot! And so does anyone that comes to my house! Makes a quick pot of coffee and it makes it fast. Will never buy another coffee pot ever again!

I bought one with the stainless steel carafe back in nov 2021 and i loved this new machine was replacing an older ninja ive had for 4 yrs nothing wrong just wanted a newer model. Today it read err 11 and stopped working. Not had it for 2 full months yet.

Returned the first as defective and got a second one. The his did not correct the problem. We have wasted so many pods, because it puts half the pod of grounds into our cup. When brewing from grounds, it is fine. But if I wanted grounds coffee all the time, I would have bought a regular coffee pot. I wanted the convenience of using pods but get tired of wasting them.

We decided to try this machine after going through several keurigs. Wow is all I can say. Brews just as fast as there's and with less hassle. Having 10+ cups a day with the pods was to much for the keurig machines, not for this one though. On to the caraf, what can I say brews fast and hot, best feature about this machine is the keep warm option. Not only does it keep the coffee hot, it's fresh the whole time. No burnt coffee taste you get with other machines with this Ninja using the keep warm feature. Absolutely love this machine and will not be going back to a keurig.

Got as a gift for Christmas. WaS excited have an older model that I LOVE except when the clean light goes on it takes 1 day too clean 2 gallons of vinegar and running rhe clean cycle forever. So unpacked plugged new one in coffee sucks luke warm grounds look like they are barely wet coffee is weak looks like p*ss water. Returning to store. Going back to the old nija or old fashioned 10 cup coffee pot.

I finally ditched my keurig for good, as they don't last more than 2 years for me. This is awesome, love all the features and hot water on demand. My only thing is for the price of it, the permanent filter for brewing in the carafe should have came standard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with this product. I am able to use it with k-cups as well as coffee grounds. It brews single cups as well as an entire pot. There is an option for iced coffee as well which has been nice. My favorite feature is hot water dispensing option. The water goes through a sore rate line once a switch is flipped and it is ready immediately as hot water to be used with hot chocolate, soups, or teas. I keep extra water in the holding reservoir for this purpose and it has worked great. I have had no issues with this product so far and am very happy with all of the features.

This coffee maker was great at first. Within 6 months coffee grounds in my coffee. Lots of them. I am unable to drink it. I was told I would be sent a replacement and have yet to receive it. I have cleaned machine many times and it does not make a difference.
