Upgraded to the machine with the stainless carafe and what a mistake. Drips on the cupboard with every pour straight out of the box! This has been the worst coffee pot I've ever owned, all it ever says is clean clean clean and quits brewing after I clean it several times in a row, which takes 75 min each time. This was such a disappointment for us as we normally love our ninja products. I'd like to just throw it in the trash, the frustration is not worth it every morning.

I finally ditched my keurig for good, as they don't last more than 2 years for me. This is awesome, love all the features and hot water on demand. My only thing is for the price of it, the permanent filter for brewing in the carafe should have came standard.

I absolutely love this coffee pot! And so does anyone that comes to my house! Makes a quick pot of coffee and it makes it fast. Will never buy another coffee pot ever again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with this product. I am able to use it with k-cups as well as coffee grounds. It brews single cups as well as an entire pot. There is an option for iced coffee as well which has been nice. My favorite feature is hot water dispensing option. The water goes through a sore rate line once a switch is flipped and it is ready immediately as hot water to be used with hot chocolate, soups, or teas. I keep extra water in the holding reservoir for this purpose and it has worked great. I have had no issues with this product so far and am very happy with all of the features.

I like this coffee maker, but we are trying to reduce our plastic use and wish you had reusable pods for the single cup makers to use our fresh ground beans. It taste fresher and you aren't throwing away a lot of plastic. Or point me to a brand of reusable pods that will fit it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System has redefined my coffee drinking experience. I didn't know what I was missing until I tried this coffee machine. Not only is the coffee great tasting, but there's so much variety in terms of the different drinks I can make that I never get tired of drinking coffee. The fact that I can choose to use pods or coffee grounds is amazing. One machine to do both. I also like how you can choose different sizes so if I just feel like making a cup I don't have to make a whole pot. The foamy froth you can make really enhanced the specialty coffees I made using this machine. I highly recommend this machine to both the casual and avid coffee drinkers out there.

Very disappointed in NINJA. I really liked this coffee maker and was really happy when I got it. It worked well for about 6 months, fresh brewed coffee in the morning for work, and k-cup pod when in a hurry. However, the Ninja Pod Adapter stopped working properly, even though it is well maintained and cleaned. No matter what I do, it doesn't work properly. I honestly think it's all the available options you can choose from. So to me, a problem in the manufactures programing and the POD adapter. I have 20 year old coffee makers that still work without issues, both combined cost less than this Ninja, Reading the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one with problems. On this site, I don't see an easy way to get easily fixed.

I bought a similar one about 2 years ago. I love Ninja products but this one I would not buy again. The pod holder has given us problems from the start and I stuck with it figuring it was user error. It sprays everywhere, cleaning it makes no difference. Yes I could use the big pot but that's not really what I bought it for, but I do love the big pot for when we have company over. Now that it's older the water reader is sometimes off. I love the concept and I'm glad to see they have changed the pod. I will stick with ninja just not a fan of this pod type.

I have had this coffee make for a little less than a year. I have loved this coffee maker and have had no issues UNTIL the water filter in the water reservoir started growing alage, GROSS! I clean the machine on a regular basis with a vinegar/water solution and only use filtered water. The big bummer is the design flaw in that the filter does not come out to clean. We have tried small straw cleaners and even pipe cleaners to no avail. So disappointed that I now have an expensive coffee maker that is unable to be cleaned. I would have rated this 5 stars and I would recommended to a friend up until this point. I would be less frustrated if I were able to at least clean it.

We decided to try this machine after going through several keurigs. Wow is all I can say. Brews just as fast as there's and with less hassle. Having 10+ cups a day with the pods was to much for the keurig machines, not for this one though. On to the caraf, what can I say brews fast and hot, best feature about this machine is the keep warm option. Not only does it keep the coffee hot, it's fresh the whole time. No burnt coffee taste you get with other machines with this Ninja using the keep warm feature. Absolutely love this machine and will not be going back to a keurig.
