Returned the first as defective and got a second one. The his did not correct the problem. We have wasted so many pods, because it puts half the pod of grounds into our cup. When brewing from grounds, it is fine. But if I wanted grounds coffee all the time, I would have bought a regular coffee pot. I wanted the convenience of using pods but get tired of wasting them.

Recently purchased this product and I couldn't be happier. Recently moved in with my girlfriend and she prefers pot coffee and I love my k cups so we had to find something to fit both our needs and this coffee pot does it! As a loyal Keurig customer I have to say this coffee pot exceeds my expectations and I would never go back. It takes no time at all to heat up. You turn on the pot and your coffee starts brewing, which is great seeing how the Keurig takes a solid few minutes to start up. I also love that it has the separate water feature so if you want tea or hot water you don't have to run it a few times to get out the coffee grounds; everything is completely separate. 10/10!!

I bought one with the stainless steel carafe back in nov 2021 and i loved this new machine was replacing an older ninja ive had for 4 yrs nothing wrong just wanted a newer model. Today it read err 11 and stopped working. Not had it for 2 full months yet.

I have been looking at this machine for a very long time and I finally bought it around Christmas when I found it for a great price. I really like it except for the k-cup feature. I mainly use k-cups and the machine makes a huge mess, spitting coffee out all over my counter. It's also a very loud machine no matter which setting you brew on. The drip cover is a nice feature, but sometimes coffee drips around it and still leaves a mess on the plate. Over all I like this machine but I am highly disappointed in how messy it is.

This coffee maker was great at first. Within 6 months coffee grounds in my coffee. Lots of them. I am unable to drink it. I was told I would be sent a replacement and have yet to receive it. I have cleaned machine many times and it does not make a difference.

I like this coffee maker, but we are trying to reduce our plastic use and wish you had reusable pods for the single cup makers to use our fresh ground beans. It taste fresher and you aren't throwing away a lot of plastic. Or point me to a brand of reusable pods that will fit it.

Upgraded to the machine with the stainless carafe and what a mistake. Drips on the cupboard with every pour straight out of the box! This has been the worst coffee pot I've ever owned, all it ever says is clean clean clean and quits brewing after I clean it several times in a row, which takes 75 min each time. This was such a disappointment for us as we normally love our ninja products. I'd like to just throw it in the trash, the frustration is not worth it every morning.

I absolutely love this coffee pot! And so does anyone that comes to my house! Makes a quick pot of coffee and it makes it fast. Will never buy another coffee pot ever again!

I didn't know what I was missing until I tried this coffee machine. Not only is the coffee great tasting, but there's so much variety in terms of the different drinks I can make that I never get tired of drinking coffee. The fact that I can choose to use pods or coffee grounds is amazing. One machine to do both. I also like how you can choose different sizes so if I just feel like making a cup I don't have to make a whole pot. The foamy froth you can make really enhanced the specialty coffees I made using this machine. I highly recommend this machine to both the casual and avid coffee drinkers out there.

hello when I first got this coffee cup the reason the coffee pot is the reason why is because I love coffee? I love grinds cake, cups, and specialty coffees for the first three months. It worked great now anytime if I'm not grinding my coffee and having you know, drip coffee, I cannot use my Froster or my K cups. All it does is it really it keeps popping up this is the second time I complained about this on here. I tried calling the one 800 number that you gave me and they basically treated me like I was weird. Nobody helped me so I was about to give up so again today I you know cleaned it I made sure that the needles for my K cups were OK and still doesn't work.
