excellent,easy to use

Bought the ninja dual brew pro coffee system to replace my Keurig and boy am I impressed with all the features it has!!! I like that I can make a single cup of coffee when needed or a whole carafe when family is over. I also like that I can still use kcups! Highly recommend getting this coffee maker

I bought a similar one about 2 years ago. I love Ninja products but this one I would not buy again. The pod holder has given us problems from the start and I stuck with it figuring it was user error. It sprays everywhere, cleaning it makes no difference. Yes I could use the big pot but that's not really what I bought it for, but I do love the big pot for when we have company over. Now that it's older the water reader is sometimes off. I love the concept and I'm glad to see they have changed the pod. I will stick with ninja just not a fan of this pod type.

I Bought this about a month ago and after getting to test it out for awhile, I have to say I'm absolutely in love with it! I love that I can brew both pods and ground coffee. I actually don't even need coffee creamer anymore either since it has a milk frother. I can get the creamy goodness I love with just milk now and I'm saving money too! I would definitely recommend!!

I do love this new coffee system because it is versatile and can do so much. I particularly love having the frother to enhance my morning coffee. I am only disappointed that there is not a reusable K cup to make it more environmentally friendly. I am hoping this is something you are working on so that there will be less plastic in the world :)

I love the Coffee Maker and would rate it a 5 Star, but cannot because of the Coffee Pot itself. Be warned, the Glass Coffee Pot is VERY cheaply made, mine cracked just by hitting on the counter lightly one day. I called in to complain and Ninja replaced the pot as a one time exception, since the Coffee Maker was less than a year old, so the Coffee Maker was still on the manufactures warranty. Also, when I checked on the site for the replacement (Coffee Pot) they were sold out, so sounds like this is a issue amongst others as well ,cracking their Coffee Pots from being cheaply made. Other than that, it's a great Coffee Pot.

Returned the first as defective and got a second one. The his did not correct the problem. We have wasted so many pods, because it puts half the pod of grounds into our cup. When brewing from grounds, it is fine. But if I wanted grounds coffee all the time, I would have bought a regular coffee pot. I wanted the convenience of using pods but get tired of wasting them.

This coffee maker was great at first. Within 6 months coffee grounds in my coffee. Lots of them. I am unable to drink it. I was told I would be sent a replacement and have yet to receive it. I have cleaned machine many times and it does not make a difference.

Bought this about a year ago after our Keurig finally died after a faithful 9 years of service. My wife and I liked the range of options this offered and felt it would be great since it's a Ninja product. Though she's happy with it I am not. The pods function works okay, but after using it 3 times there are significant grounds in the coffee. As long as I rinse out the pods brewing container EVERY TIME all is well. The picture shows how many grounds are left behind after one use. Additionally, I've found the carafe regularly dribbles coffee when pouring. Nothing overly significant, but enough that I've been very frustrated with it. The carafe also has a lip on it which makes it difficult to pour out all its contents. Haven't used the frother so don't know anything about that. The brewing options available are nice, but I really miss the simplicity and cleanliness of my Keurig!!

I have been looking at this machine for a very long time and I finally bought it around Christmas when I found it for a great price. I really like it except for the k-cup feature. I mainly use k-cups and the machine makes a huge mess, spitting coffee out all over my counter. It's also a very loud machine no matter which setting you brew on. The drip cover is a nice feature, but sometimes coffee drips around it and still leaves a mess on the plate. Over all I like this machine but I am highly disappointed in how messy it is.
