This product is horrible. This is the second Ninja product we purchased hoping that upgrading would do the trick but it did not. Both products leave so many coffee grinds in the cup. We had a pod explode and had coffee grinds all over our kitchen. I would stay away from their coffee products.

This is my second machine. I had the old one for about four years and it got stuck on the no B B clean cycle. I am concerned about that happening again but I feel like I got my money's worth. I love the cold brew style and make a pot of that every other day. My husband loves the pod cycle for hot coffee. It works great for us. I would give it 5 stars but the cleaning cycle worries me.

I bought this about a year ago and first it started saying it needs water even if the water reservoir is full but now it keeps beeping and switching to the time setting and then going back. If I don't unplug it, it will just continue to beep and switch back and forth between setting the time.

We've had this for a week and absolutely love it. We owned a Keurig for 7 years before it finally stopped working but this is already superior. It makes drinks way hotter than our old coffee maker did, I love all the features this has. And the flavor seems so much fresher and cleaner than our old one.

Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

I bought this coffee machine as I have many ninja products and thought that the quality would be ensured. Nevertheless the lights have gone out already! Some lights are showing and some aren't. Safe to say that I'll start thinking twice about ninja products now. This is the latest one I received and ever since they have moved their holdings to public their product quality seemed to have declined drastically. Additionally the fact that they don't have an email support or ticketing system is crazy. Greed destroys companies

Love this little ninja! It works perfectly and fast! Coffee never tasted so good!!

For the price seems cheaply made and the frother is about useless
