We had the machine for year, was great But after a year (Right on the year) it stopped working. So disappointing because it is a expensive coffee machine...

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. It's great coffee maker except for the Kcup option. It always has coffee grounds in the cup. I think the holes are way too big. Otherwise, I love all the features.

Have had this for two years now and it is wonderful. Only issue is the backlights on the panel are burning out making it difficult for anyone not familiar to make coffee. Otherwise would give 5 stars. Makes hot coffee fast. Makes awesome rich coffee for iced coffee etc. Just a really great coffee maker.

I bought this and absolutely loved it for 5 months until the pod attachment got so clogged that it could not be cleaned. This was after doing routine maintenance on it all along. I do have to say that after some setbacks dealing with the warranty service, they 100% made it right and sent an entire new unit!

Should not have such a loud beeper. And you cannot turn it off. Beeps loud and for several reasons. So wakes everyone in house when I try to make coffeee before work. Remove the beeper. It would be a great coffee maker. I can tell when my coffee is done . I do not need a beeper on blast.

This is the best coffee pot I have ever owned. My Son in law lives the way the coffee tasted I got one for him. Every time I see him he tells me how he loves it. And the easy way he makes my daughter her cocoa Best gift I have ever gave So glad I ordered this.

This is my second Ninja coffeemaker purchase and so far I think it's swell. I like to use the “Rich” brew setting, and I've learned (after thoroughly reading the instructions again) that I can use less coffee while maintaining the strength of the brew but without the corresponding bitterness. I also like the new feature: a separate hot water dispenser for making tea or hot cereals. That's a game changer. I was surprised how fast it dispensed 8 oz. of boiling water. NICE!

I just bought this a few days ago and opened it over the weekend. It was an upgrade to my ninja coffee bar I bought a few years ago because I wanted option of using pods. After cleaning and assembling the new unit I tried out the pod function. It worked fine. I enjoyed coffee then came back to the whole water unit leaking all over my counter. I took apart and tried again. Seemed sealed with holding a small amount of water so I fill it up again. I return to kitchen an hour later and water emptied again all over the place. I looked online and this seems to be an issue, but not normally new out of box. I'm returning and going back to my ninja coffee bar original.

Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

Bought this a couple of months ago. Works well. My only complaint is there is no way to choose the water temperature. I enjoy my coffee and tea really hot. Ninja should allow you to choose your water temperature and raise the temperature choices like the keurig does
