Not a fan, always have coffee grinds from pods in my coffee. I Have followed the instructions to clean it out and part is still good but still the same with a cup full of coffee grinds. Also, coffee is not S piping hot as my keurig made my coffee.

LOVE this machine. Very efficient and easy to clean. Brewing is quick, and tastes great! We also use the water feature frequently for hot chocolate and tea. Highly recommend!

We love this coffee maker. It has been a great addition to our kitchen. The only complaint I have is I wish ninja made a pod to fit in the pod adapter so you can brew just one cup of whatever you want.

Just purchased, will return. Make a pot, first cup is fine, but not quite hot enough. When we go back for a second cup, it's all cold. Our old one stayed hot had a keep warm button. This model apparently does not keep your coffee hot.

I am totally happy with the taste of the coffee from the pot and the pod. I don't like the separate pod maker. It is so awkward and I have to find a place to put it when it's not being used.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he was afraid of it at first, but after the first week he said it was the best coffee maker he's ever had! I love the frother and look forward to my morning "specialty" coffees! Win win 😆

This coffee maker is an excellent coffee maker. It's made so well brews great coffee by the pot and the cup both. Coffee is really hot and warmer keeps it hot.Just what I was looking for!

I've had mine for around a year now and love it! I'm not a huge coffee drinker but do like one occasionally. What I am, is more of a tea drinker - this machine does it all!

My last one lasted 1 year 1 month before it started leaking all over the counter. 2 stars because they replaced it. I fully expect after reading the reviews on the one it was replace with, that it will leak also after about a year.

So many options! Great design. I love the flexibility of using K cups or making tea in a flash. Often I use it to make a quick bowl of oatmeal.No regret in making this purchase.
