Have had this for two years now and it is wonderful. Only issue is the backlights on the panel are burning out making it difficult for anyone not familiar to make coffee. Otherwise would give 5 stars. Makes hot coffee fast. Makes awesome rich coffee for iced coffee etc. Just a really great coffee maker.

I bought this and absolutely loved it for 5 months until the pod attachment got so clogged that it could not be cleaned. This was after doing routine maintenance on it all along. I do have to say that after some setbacks dealing with the warranty service, they 100% made it right and sent an entire new unit!

This machine does not get the brewing water hot enough. I have red all the info and can find no info on how to raise the temperature. I wanted this coffee machine for so long and now I'm very disappointed. This is the first NINJA item that didn't work properly.

Im in love with this coffee maker. It's so convenient to be able to do both k cups or a full pitcher. You can mimic an espresso shot without the big machine and breaking the bank! It has a self cleaning option to make it hassle free which is a plus in my books. Depending on your countertop space you can choose to move the water tank in two different positions, right behind it or on to the right side of the machine. I also love how it's super quiet and doesn't make too much noise. I attached my TikTok video to show you this beautiful machine in action 🫶🏽

This product is horrible. This is the second Ninja product we purchased hoping that upgrading would do the trick but it did not. Both products leave so many coffee grinds in the cup. We had a pod explode and had coffee grinds all over our kitchen. I would stay away from their coffee products.

We bought this machine in 2023, and it's been working for over two years, and it's still working. One thing we did not know was the temperature of the K-Cup brew. It is a much lower temperature than regular brew, and the temperature range was 143-146, which is the hottest. We are pleased with the frother in the high point area for better alignment with different sizes of cups, selections of cup sizes, auto-shutoff, and hot water option.

Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

The Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System is the single greatest space-saver and versatility champion I've ever had on my counter. It successfully merges the convenience of a pod-based system with the robust flavor and capacity of a traditional drip machine, all while adding the bonus of specialty and iced brewing capabilities. If you're tired of having a K-Cup brewer next to your glass carafe, the DualBrew Pro is the elegant solution you've been waiting for.

I would not recommend this product. First thing right out of the box the k pod would not work. Sent me a replacement slip in k pod and it would not work either. Then they sent me just the main coffee machine. K pod work with that but you coffee is not drinkable. K pod puts a lot of coffee ground in it. Now just using the regular coffee pot it is now putting a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. Makes it impossible to get a good cup of coffee. All ninja products I have bought have been really good except for this coffee maker. Don't waste your money on it. I surely wished I wouldn't have.

This Coffee maker has got to be the best we've ever owned. Our only curiosity is, how do we keep the Coffee hot for a 2 or 4 hour duration? After reading the instructions, we didn't find anything indicating setting a timeframe. In any case, we are very pleased w/the Ninja product line. As well as, Shark producrs; we own both! 🙂
