Just received my coffee pot and it does not have the hot water option even though it says it does on the description and others have asked if it does and got a yes answer

Makes OK coffee. Has a tendency for the filter (have washed, replaced) to over flow and leave the grounds in the carafe. Especiay when brewing 47oz or more. Get a Mochamaster. Better machine, better coffee.

We had the machine for year, was great But after a year (Right on the year) it stopped working. So disappointing because it is a expensive coffee machine...

This was the best gift ever. I can brew pods for single use, but I can also brew by the pot when I have company. It's easy to use and the quality is great. Love it!

this is our second ninja dual brew, first one is still working after 3 years gave it to our kids.probally the best coffee maker we have owned,pods , grounds and hot water covers our needs

Did not come with reusable pod. Would have been nice. Having trouble finding pod that works. The one on market that says for ninja has a design issue and spurts brewed coffee outside of the cup. I do like the timer feature, easy to use.

After using this brewer for a couple weeks I am impressed it's versatility. I have found that if you don't heat your cup prior to using the pod, the coffee is not as hot as I prefer .

When I use the Kcup setting it spits out the coffee on the last part of the brewing? Am I missing a piece? We have to constantly keep a towel on the counter so wipe of the splatter from brewing one cup of coffee.

This does NOT have the hot water feature. It is not the PRO model. If you look at the features on the box you'll see it's mislabeled. We returned it and bought the pro. It has a knob on the side to switch from coffee mode to water mode.

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. It's great coffee maker except for the Kcup option. It always has coffee grounds in the cup. I think the holes are way too big. Otherwise, I love all the features.
