I bought my 2 years ago. I love it , k cups works great with any brand I buy, coffee pot is great to. We use it everyday, I've never had a problem with it.

This machine can make any coffee your heart desires. Whether it's a regular decaf or a nice rich, over ice, specialty coffee. Can make from 6 to 12 ounces of liquid. Ranges from boiling hot to regular warmth. Filter is easy to clean and manageable.

Súper easy to use, doesn't take up much space, and is self cleaning. It makes coffee shop-quality coffee in seconds. I love that it has many different functions and a milk frother.

Less than a year old and it's already not working properly. Even when it does finally work it burns the coffee. Totally piece of crap.

The description says HOT WATER, but it does not have a separate hot water dispenser. I bought 2 just to be sure I wasn't mistaken. I love the coffee maker, and it keeps the coffee very hot.

Less than a year old, it stops brewing mid cup and the “clean” light comes on despite having just been cleaned. Throws a ton of grounds in coffee maker and coffee. What a mess!

Loved this coffee maker up The display button light for on/off & programming stopped working. Now I just have to keep pressing randomly until I finally hit the power button. Don't even bother trying to program at this point.

Did not come with reusable pod. Would have been nice. Having trouble finding pod that works. The one on market that says for ninja has a design issue and spurts brewed coffee outside of the cup. I do like the timer feature, easy to use.

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. It's great coffee maker except for the Kcup option. It always has coffee grounds in the cup. I think the holes are way too big. Otherwise, I love all the features.

So far, love it. Have an older version at home but got this one for the office. Easy to set up and use. Wish it had the filter with it like the older version had when I bought it.
