Bought this a couple of months ago. Works well. My only complaint is there is no way to choose the water temperature. I enjoy my coffee and tea really hot. Ninja should allow you to choose your water temperature and raise the temperature choices like the keurig does

This product is horrible. This is the second Ninja product we purchased hoping that upgrading would do the trick but it did not. Both products leave so many coffee grinds in the cup. We had a pod explode and had coffee grinds all over our kitchen. I would stay away from their coffee products.

This is my second machine. I had the old one for about four years and it got stuck on the no B B clean cycle. I am concerned about that happening again but I feel like I got my money's worth. I love the cold brew style and make a pot of that every other day. My husband loves the pod cycle for hot coffee. It works great for us. I would give it 5 stars but the cleaning cycle worries me.

We bought this machine in 2023, and it's been working for over two years, and it's still working. One thing we did not know was the temperature of the K-Cup brew. It is a much lower temperature than regular brew, and the temperature range was 143-146, which is the hottest. We are pleased with the frother in the high point area for better alignment with different sizes of cups, selections of cup sizes, auto-shutoff, and hot water option.

Im in love with this coffee maker. It's so convenient to be able to do both k cups or a full pitcher. You can mimic an espresso shot without the big machine and breaking the bank! It has a self cleaning option to make it hassle free which is a plus in my books. Depending on your countertop space you can choose to move the water tank in two different positions, right behind it or on to the right side of the machine. Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

My husband and I bought this coffee maker years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. We love the dual brew option. It makes a great cup of coffee. We choose to use filtered water in our coffee maker and it keeps the flow clear from clogging like tap water would cause. We highly recommend this product.

I received this coffee machine As a gift 10 months ago and 8 months ago it stopped working the pods don't work and I can't make it 12 cup of coffee every time I tried to mke refmgular code start beeping and show clean I I have always maintained it by cleaning it but still not working even I buy a new pod replacement

Just bought this and the delay feature is amazing. Each morning I come down to the kitchen and the room smells like coffee and a pot is ready for me and my partner as we dash out to work! I love that you can set the brew style and love the display on the machine. Quality is a 10/10 ease of use is a 8/10 and overall machine is a 9/10!
