I've always had a good experience with my Ninja and Shark products, so when I had to replace my Keurig for the 2nd time, I decided it was time to switch to Ninja. I actually had already purchased a Bunn Coffee maker but wanted the convenience of single brew. I loved this coffee maker right up until thr point that it stopped functioning properly, at 1 year and 10 months. I have always descaled this machine as suggested. Now it constantly tells me to clean it. You cannot get past the cleaning function. So I go to make a cup of coffee and after a tbsp has brewed, it flashes "clean". It happens randomly (usually in the morning when I am getting ready for work). It is happening daily now and there no way around it. Running a cleaning cycle may seem like no big deal, but the process takes approximately 75 minutes. Who wants to wait 75 minutes EVERY DAY for a cleaning cycle? The warranty is only 1 year and from the reviews the life cycle is 18-23 months. I will not be replacing this with another Ninja. It seems as though their product quality has gone out the window. They won't even back it for more than 1 year. My Bunn (which is cheaper) is still completely functional.

Now we haven't used all the functions yet because we just got this a week ago but we are loving it so far. It does have a lot of different functions for coffee lovers. I'd say ninja is one of the superior brands when it comes to appliances. Get it on sale if you can like we did, id say it's worth the price

The best coffee machine ever. I have had it for over a year. U do need to make sure when u put pod in u push it down till u hear the click of it penetrating the pod then shut lid. This way the bottom hole is made properly so it doesn't push out the top. I love how u can use kcups or ground and carafe both work great for us but my fave is the kcup on specialty setting so i can use the coffee for Frappuccino making. Its perfect and stronf enough. The frother is great for other specialty coffees. I love how the coffee ground spoon actually hooks into machine so u dont lose it. This deffinately has been a good buy for our family.

We have had our new Ninja dual brew coffee system for about two weeks now. We love how hot the coffee is and the great taste of ice tea when making from the Ninja dual brew. Figuring out how to use all of the options that are on this system has been a little difficult, but once we figured it out, it is now so easy. We love this Ninja Dual Brew Coffee System.

If you try to make a full pot of coffee the water fills too fast and pours grounds into the carafe. This happened multiple times, even while using the minimum amount of grounds for a full carafe (4 big scoops). Also brews at more of a warm temp than hot.

Bought in August 2021….works great until around 15-month mark and is literally dying a slow death. Display/dial/clock lights going out one by one and soon will not be able to see anything for selections. Unfortunate as it's a neat unit, but warranty is out and won't be buying another.

We bought this a 1.5 months ago, it was good for about 2 weeks. When we first got it, we run one cleaning cycle every 3-4 days, we brew coffee once a day. Now, there is a 50% chance brewing process will fail, as it will ask us to run the cleaning cycle. Even after running the cleaning cycle with filtered water, sometimes it will still ask us to run cleaning cycle after we clean it thoroughly. We tried running cleaning cycle twice, and the brewing cycle will still have a chance to fail. Overall, it is a good product if the cleaning function isn't faulty.

It has a lot of power without taking a lot of space. The versatility of this wonderful brewing system gives many options when it comes to beverages. Even better is that cleanup is a breeze and can be washed by hand or even detaches to fit in your dishwasher.

We got the Ninja Dual Brew before Christmas and it is amazing. You can customize your coffee by size, brew strength, hot or iced and you can use Kuerig pods or brew any size pot you want for a crowd. It also has functionality to froth your milk or creamer to make specialty drinks like lattes and cappachinos, which turn out really good. Finally, the machine can dispense pure hot water for tea, other hot beverages or cooking, not contaminated by coffee flavor. What really surprised me is, if the tank runs out of water during a brew, when you refill the tank, the Dual Brew "remembers" where it left off and adds exactly the right amount remaining, for your selected brew. It's a great coffee maker and we're really happy we selected this model.

Very disappointed in this coffee maker as we have other Ninja products and very impressed with those. We have had this machine for a few days now and have tried different things/methods to get to work but can't seem to get to work without a mess or overflow with coffee grounds. The coffee filters that come with the machine you can just throw out as nothing but overflow and grounds in coffee. We purchased other filters and had better results. Tried the pod feature and was hoping for better results but once again grounds in coffee and a lot of splash over.
