Didn't even have the CFP301 for 1 Year and now the K-Cup Pods just steams and spits water and coffee grinds everywhere. It doesn't even fill the cup to correct ounces. Just wasting K-Cups. Completed numerous cleanings (via user guide procedure) and still no K-Cups.

I love the idea of the pot option and the pod option since my husband and I drink different coffee. I was disappointed that it quit working after about 6 months (my sister's did the same after 9 months). It was clogged?? and no liquid would come out. I called Ninja and they told me I could replace the base at a cost of about $100. I would not recommend this coffee system.

We've been using this maker for about 120 parts now. Now every pot overflows the filter. It has been cleaned inside and out. The pod feature works OK. If we wanted that we would've bought a Keurig. didn't listen to the reviews about overflows. My bad. Would not recommend.

The Ninja is outstandingly made and so many features! We like a brewed pot in the mornings and after dinner we like the pods. The coffee is brewed nicely and tastes great with the cone design. I really like to froth my creamer for the coffee. It's almost like whipped cream over the ice coffee. You can not go wrong with this very convenient maker! Can't wait to try it out on our family members. Great product!

I love to brew up whole pots daily and also single cups if I need to boost in the evening. This Ninja helps to replace my single cup machine and full size brewer. I love how this coffee brewer looks. The style and color is great. Basic black with the chrome/silver accents, looks great in my kitchen. With the option to have the water reservoir on the side or back of the machine, I can easily find the perfect spot on my counter. This would definitely be an easy fit for any kitchen. The quick start guide included with this, is super helpful. As I've never owned such a fancy brewer before, reading about all the settings was a big help. As I stated before, I love the all in one single serve option and full brew setting. They make it super simple to switch out the pod attachment, a huge plus. This has many of the same settings as my old machine, which makes me happy. From the delayed brew, to the keep warm function. Except with this machine, it's all been upgraded. The brew type settings are wonderful, I love switching between the classic and rich. If I only need hot water, for tea or my oatmeal, the hot water setting is great. Choosing the right size for these settings is made simple with the displays on the screen. Also, the extras that are built into this machine, make it that much better. From the frother on the side, which whips up my creamer super well! To the smart scoop, that tucks away into its own spot, easy to pop in and out. This coffee system is a 10/10 for me, definitely recommend and will absolutely be my go to brewer from now on.

There are so many things it can do like brew a pot, a cup (all different sizes), classic or bold, over ice, or even make a latte. I can use a pod or a filter. There's a measuring scoop so it's perfect coffee every time. I can even brew my special cacao mix without clogging the pod like it did on my Keurig. Using a separate water line, I can use it to heat water for tea, hot chocolate, or oatmeal without those tasting like coffee. It froths milk for a latte. Ninja did a great job with this one. It's really a great looking machine, every part really quality, and the water reservoir can be moved from the side to the rear if more counter space is needed. And one of the best parts...it's so easy to use. My only suggestion to make it even better would be for it to come with a reusable pod. But with that said, my family and I just love it! Now that I've been using the Ninja DualBrew Pro, I can't imagine being without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this machine is sleek and SPACE SAVING! For all that it does I would expect something much larger. Using the quick start guide is the way to go, it does take a few times to get everything down: after that it's fairly simple using. My favorite feature is the over ice brew. It brews strong enough that it doesn't water down after mixing with the ice. I also like that I can switch from a Carafe to multiple size cups,mugs or tumblers. The smart scoop attached on the side is perfect as it's always right where it needs to be! I also like that you can switch the brew basket to the pod adapter..However, this is the area where I would make my one and only change to this coffee system. I'd like it better if they had used a reusable filter basket and a pod adapter that accepts a reusable pod. I don't like always having to buy filters or pods as it is 1. Better for the environment 2. More convenient. I have yet to use the specialty setting as I'm still not quite sure what it's purpose other than the two recipes in the booklet. There are a few more features i.e warming plate, separate hot water, frother that I didn't touch on there are just too many. If you are a coffee enthusiast this is the system to have!

We had a basic 5 cup machine and upgraded to this Ninja DualBrew Pro with glass carafe. I purchased it for my husband who is a coffee lover. I love all the features, options. It's seriously one of my favorite kitchen gadgets now, I'm trying to find things to make with it just to use it! My kids love the hot chocolate k-cups with their breakfast and we will froth some vanilla almond milk and spoon it on top of their hot chocolate. I just take a mug of warm water and run the frother in the cup to “rinse” the frother. I definitely love the option to switch from k-cup to grounds. We purchased a grinder that has 18 grind size options so we can literally buy any coffee at the store (except nespresso style - will there one day be an adaptor for those? I would love that!! And use the specialty 4 oz option for it?). Anywho, this is a WINNER gadget in my book! Two thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have had this machine for about a week and have no idea why I haven't purchased it sooner! This literally does it all. Pods or ground coffee? We use both so I just freed up some space on my countertop. The pod adapter is amazing for what ever pod you desire. The grounds make an excellent cup of coffee too with the special thermal brew system. It makes hot or cold beverages and also ( my favorite) is the onboard frothing arm. This is an amazing, adjustable maker to free up space! It comes with the scoop that is attached on the side and the water reservoir can be moved from the side to the back. It has an adjustable cup stand for whatever size cup you want. This makes the best at home coffee I have had and I am super fan of the famous coffee house. It looked intimidating at first but it was easy to navigate with the information in the instructions. It has a warming plate for the carafe too. It has a special cleaning cycle with easy to follow guides as well. Also came with a few recipes in the instructions. The most important part is that it makes a darn good cup of coffee no matter how you like it and how your family likes it, you can choose all in one machine! It also makes iced drinks. I definitely highly recommend trying it if you love coffee as much as I do it will not disappoint!!!

I purchased this machine while I was on vacation in S Carolina. I had it shipped to my home in Florids as I did not want to have to carry it with me while flying. I was not able to get to it until the last few days due to medical issues. I love the way it functions, but am not able to use the pods that I purchased, especialy for my model. I put the pods in as directed but the pod cover will not close. This is a very big disappointment to me. I have to find a phone number to call Ninja and see what I am doing wrong. I would stilll buy it again. I love the machine.
