We bought this a 1.5 months ago, it was good for about 2 weeks. When we first got it, we run one cleaning cycle every 3-4 days, we brew coffee once a day. Now, there is a 50% chance brewing process will fail, as it will ask us to run the cleaning cycle. Even after running the cleaning cycle with filtered water, sometimes it will still ask us to run cleaning cycle after we clean it thoroughly. We tried running cleaning cycle twice, and the brewing cycle will still have a chance to fail. Overall, it is a good product if the cleaning function isn't faulty.

I love this machine but I have bought 4 different types of u overall K-cup refillable pods and none of them fit. I am wondering if ninja makes any special for this product. I have a lot of coffee in bags I want to use up but don't want to use a filter for just one cup.

I bought this knowing that it had potential to be a problem reading over the reviews and indeed it was. 2 months into it (mind you I didn't even use it but a couple times per week) it stopped working ! Spits coffee left and right doesn't keep coffee warm and I just can't use it anymore. Big money wasted.

Pretty bummed the milk frother does not heat the milk. You have to heat it separately. Having used a different machine the past couple years that heated the milk, I got a little spoiled. The digital controls are pretty cool and fairly simple to operate without the instructions. I have not used the iced coffee feature yet, but I'm looking forward to it and am hopeful it will turn out as good as the pictures!

Bought mine in June 2022. This morning, I started brewing a pot of coffee and it just stopped midway. I tried to start it again but it will shut off and reset the clock. Tried with grounds, k-cups and hot water but no luck. This is my shortest-lived coffee machine and the most expensive. I've had better luck with cheaper ones. Thankfully it's still under warranty but only time will tell if the replacement will last longer.

We had a basic 5 cup machine and upgraded to this Ninja DualBrew Pro with glass carafe. I purchased it for my husband who is a coffee lover. I love all the features, options. It's seriously one of my favorite kitchen gadgets now, I'm trying to find things to make with it just to use it! My kids love the hot chocolate k-cups with their breakfast and we will froth some vanilla almond milk and spoon it on top of their hot chocolate. I just take a mug of warm water and run the frother in the cup to “rinse” the frother. I definitely love the option to switch from k-cup to grounds. We purchased a grinder that has 18 grind size options so we can literally buy any coffee at the store (except nespresso style - will there one day be an adaptor for those? I would love that!! And use the specialty 4 oz option for it?). Anywho, this is a WINNER gadget in my book! Two thumbs up!

It has a lot of power without taking a lot of space. The versatility of this wonderful brewing system gives many options when it comes to beverages. Even better is that cleanup is a breeze and can be washed by hand or even detaches to fit in your dishwasher.

Easy to use, excellent brewing whatever method you choose. I love the pod feature. It's so easy - just set it to your favorite and push the brew button. perfect coffee every time. I've owned this Ninja Dual Brew for about 8 months and I love it. It's exactly as advertised and what a clever idea to have the option for the full carafe, single cup or pod brewer in an all-in-one design. It's slim fit is perfect on my counter. Can't say enough good things about it.

We bought this not quite a year ago. It worked well at first,but now some of the lights have quit working so you just have to guess at where they are. Also it will randomly brew the wrong size pot of coffee. What a piece of junk. Looks like I'll be going back to a Cuisinart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much I missed brewing a pot of coffee until I started using the Ninja DualPro Speciality Coffee system. This offers so many options to meet the needs of everyone in the family. It is so easy to switch from a pot to a single cup. The single serve works with KCups no problem. The option for classic or rich is great for brewed and the way it brews over ice leaves a nice strong taste. Not watered down at all. I also love the fact the the hot water comes out separately (not through the same tube as the ground/KCup) so there are no leftover grounds in my tea or cocoa. The water container is easy to fill and there are so many different size cup options available. My only con is that I can't open the lid when the brewer is slid under my cabinets. I have to pull it out to put in either the grounds or cups. That is definitely not a showstopper and this has now replaced our Keurig.
