Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much I missed brewing a pot of coffee until I started using the Ninja DualPro Speciality Coffee system. This offers so many options to meet the needs of everyone in the family. It is so easy to switch from a pot to a single cup. The single serve works with KCups no problem. The option for classic or rich is great for brewed and the way it brews over ice leaves a nice strong taste. Not watered down at all. I also love the fact the the hot water comes out separately (not through the same tube as the ground/KCup) so there are no leftover grounds in my tea or cocoa. The water container is easy to fill and there are so many different size cup options available. My only con is that I can't open the lid when the brewer is slid under my cabinets. I have to pull it out to put in either the grounds or cups. That is definitely not a showstopper and this has now replaced our Keurig.

K-Cup Failure

Didn't even have the CFP301 for 1 Year and now the K-Cup Pods just steams and spits water and coffee grinds everywhere. It doesn't even fill the cup to correct ounces. Just wasting K-Cups. Completed numerous cleanings (via user guide procedure) and still no K-Cups.

Love my Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty

I bought this machine over a year ago. I was having issues the first 2 months. The machine will start throwing lots of steam, and sometimes it will stop brewing and will prompt me to “Clean” the machine. It was doing this frequently. So, I started reading the instructions and found out that the machine needed to be calibrated because of the altitude. So after did it, it started working perfectly with no issues of steam, shutting down and the”Clean” feature did not turn on anymore. I clean the coffee machine every month though. I use the pod adapter for my K-cups, and also brew my coffee using all different brew style. I haven't had any problems since then. Hope this helps!

K cup feature doesn't work

I purchased this product about a month ago and every time I put a K cup in and close the lid it does not puncture holes so the coffee comes out like water. I have to manually poke holes in the K cups in order for it to somewhat work and even doing that the coffee comes out watery. I'm not sure if my machine has a defect but I am very disappointed considering how expensive this machine was. I am a big fan of the ninja products but this was truly a disappointment.

Waste of money

We bought this not quite a year ago. It worked well at first,but now some of the lights have quit working so you just have to guess at where they are. Also it will randomly brew the wrong size pot of coffee. What a piece of junk. Looks like I'll be going back to a Cuisinart.

Hope you like grounds in your coffee

We've been using this maker for about 120 parts now. Now every pot overflows the filter. It has been cleaned inside and out. The pod feature works OK. If we wanted that we would've bought a Keurig. didn't listen to the reviews about overflows. My bad. Would not recommend.

Doesn't last long

I bought this thing in March of this year (2024). I switched to the Ninja brand because the crappy Keurigs I had been buying were dying after 11-12 months. This one lasted 6-1/2 months, so I guess it's a bigger piece of crap. I will just go back to buying the other cheap piece of crap. I gave it 2 stars instead of only 1 because in the short time it worked, it didn't suck. Don't waste your money.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I have had this coffee maker for 13 months. The light for the power button has gone out. I have to push the button constantly to keep my coffee warm. The water reservoir leaks so I am no longer able to do anything but to put water in it every time I want coffee. I am very disappointed in this.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee is my number one morning beverage of choice. So a good, reliable machine to brew up my favorite roast is a must. I love to brew up whole pots daily and also single cups if I need to boost in the evening. This Ninja helps to replace my single cup machine and full size brewer. I love how this coffee brewer looks. The style and color is great. Basic black with the chrome/silver accents, looks great in my kitchen. With the option to have the water reservoir on the side or back of the machine, I can easily find the perfect spot on my counter. This would definitely be an easy fit for any kitchen. The quick start guide included with this, is super helpful. As I've never owned such a fancy brewer before, reading about all the settings was a big help. As I stated before, I love the all in one single serve option and full brew setting. They make it super simple to switch out the pod attachment, a huge plus. This has many of the same settings as my old machine, which makes me happy. From the delayed brew, to the keep warm function. Except with this machine, it's all been upgraded. The brew type settings are wonderful, I love switching between the classic and rich. If I only need hot water, for tea or my oatmeal, the hot water setting is great. Choosing the right size for these settings is made simple with the displays on the screen. Also, the extras that are built into this machine, make it that much better. From the frother on the side, which whips up my creamer super well! To the smart scoop, that tucks away into its own spot, easy to pop in and out. This coffee system is a 10/10 for me, definitely recommend and will absolutely be my go to brewer from now on.

Not as advertised

I've had a Dual Brew for about 4 years and I LOVE it but wanted the bigger carafe. I searched to make sure this was the same model and per the product header, it was. Grounds, Pods, Water and Frother. We brew a full pot of coffee daily, but I specically wanted the hot water function. This model does NOT have the hot water function. It works great, and in every other way meets my needs, but had the product header been correct, I likely would not have purchased.
